    My company paid them over $30,000 to install a 10-ton and a 3-ton system in a warehouse building I built, and the 10-ton Carrier system they installed didn't have an idler pulley, which caused the system to constantly throw belts, and require maintenance. They would not stand behind repairing the system so that it would work properly, claiming it was a design flaw from the manufacturer. When we recently relocated to a new facility, the new landlord wanted us to use them to install a 5-ton system in our warehouse, and to service two 3-ton systems in the office areas. They didn't fully charge the 5-ton system with refrigerant when they installed it (at a cost of over $8,600), and when we had to have them come back out to charge the system, they wanted to charge us for a service call, and for the refrigerant that should have been in the system to begin with. And when they did some repair work to one of the 3-ton systems on an earlier service call, apparently they knocked a wire loose on the blower motor, and when we tried to turn the system on, it fan would not come on. They wanted to charge for coming back out to find the loose wire. When I talked to the owner on the phone, he agreed to waive the service call. A week later, the system wasn't working AGAIN, and when I called to have them come back out, THEY REFUSED. Nice way to NOT stand by your work. Just like ********* from K. M. Shillingford told ME on the phone, "I would suggest you call someone else" (her words), and I second her suggestion.

    When I paid over $9,000 for you to install an HVAC system, I expect the system to be properly charged with refrigerant in order for the system to operate. Your refusal to come back out after a previous service call is unacceptable.
