Jimi went over and above my expectations!!! He was on time. polite and very personable. He took his time was very thorough. He checked things that no other tech had done before. He explained what he did and made sure I didn’t have any concerns. I been with Superior Air for almost 10 years. They were an answer to prayer, when I needed them most. Superior installed our two systems in 2017 and we have been Comfort Club members ever since. The techs who have come out to do our spring and fall maintenance checks and service calls have always been polite, professional and competent. Jimi came out today and did his usual great job! We have recommended Superior Air to friends and family who have also become satisfied customers!
