On 08/15/2022 i reserved a hotel room at Best Western airport inn. I reserved a non smoking 2 full queen beds with a pet fee of 25.00 . This room had burn holes in the comforters. When i checked out i received the deposit back instantly but one day goes by & they charged my card 100.00 for the deposit again. They said at the front desk that the manager closed it out and requested to not allow my return with no explanation saying my bank card was no good. This in such a unprofessional manner because my chase bank card is absolutely good ive never had a problem with my bank & funds im very upset about this unprofessionalism of this business.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 12, 2022/10/05) */ She stayed at the hotel and then did a charge back through her bank. She has committed fraud and she has been put on DO NOT RENT list by the management. Thank you.
