      I was travelling through the night and was completely exhausted and I booked a room here around 7 am not realising that I couldn't check in until 2pm. I was at the hotel 15 minutes later begging for a cancellation and a refund, so I could find another place to check into earlier. I suffer from Lupus and was in excruciating pain, yet they did not have one ounce of compassion for me and blatantly refused to cancel the room or refund my booking, although they still had 6 hours to rebook it. I had to sleep in my car in a park. There was absolutely no excuse for them to refuse to cancel the room and give me a refund, other than to blatantly rob me. They are fraudulent, heartless human beings. Avoid these people and stay anywhere else.

      Front desk was very combative and tried to stop me from staying after I already paid and she took the deposit. Then I went to the room. The room was ok, but the sheets were dirty, the bathroom was rusted and the place was overall lackluster. I've tried to contact the manager after being requested to through another review, but the manager is never in and doesn't return calls. This place has a plethora of negative reviews on other review sites, but the management calls almost all of the negative reviews fake instead of making the place better. They call it a two star hotel, but it should be a one or lower star.

      Mr. ***** ******** was extremely rude, disrespectful and difficult at the time of check in with my desk clerk. Right after she checked him in. She called me and warned me about him. I talked to him today and she was right. Mr. ******** was extremely loud, kept screaming over me, would not let me speak, I asked him to calm down so we could have civil conversation but he continued to scream at me, I had no choice but to hang up the call. Then after few minutes he called me and continued to curse at me and then hung up the phone.

      He never tried to ask me to calm down and he immediately started to blame me for everything. He then tried to tell me his worker cried after talking to me the first time. Total **. I guess this will be geared towards the business instead of the customer. Sorry, but when they have a ton of negative reviews all staying the same thing about the rudeness of their employees, the uncleanliness of the hotel and the overall horrible nature of this dive, I think that all needs to come into account.

      My front desk not combative it is him. As many years as she has worked at the hotel, this is the first time somebody has accused her of being combative. *********** was very rude, disrespectful and was very loud at her at the time of check in. Right after she checked him in she called me and warned me about his behavior and boy o' boy she wasn't kidding. When I called him Mr. ******** did the same thing to me . I made several request to calm him down so we could have civil conversation but he would not listen. I had to end the call. He called right back, cursed me out and hung up the phone. Room was perfectly fine he stayed the night. Thank you.

      He was not there that night or the morning after. I was irritated with him because of the callous nature in which he approaches criticisms of his hotel. I told him that his automatic dismissals of Google reviews was abhorrent because he ignores the problems. People stay there night because they aren't trying to search for another hotel after this one already has $120+ taken out of my account. I made do, but that doesn't mean the room was good because I stayed the night. With the woman at the front desk, I simply asked about the deposits she was asking for as I have never had to give a deposit for any hotel I have ever stayed at. I have stayed at $200/night hotels with no deposit. She got combative then after she ran my card and took the deposit, she tried to deny my stay. This manager is a complete and utter hands off person. He doesn't investigate anything further than a computer screen and his horrible reviews for his hotels reflect as much. Don't trust these bbb reviews? Just look at the Google reviews. They're much worse to include mold, bugs, and disgusting amenities overall. He's trying to save face by tearing a review down because he's incapable of making his hotel any better. The corporate office of Best Western has even mentioned as much.
