    Yes hi! I reserved a room from June 18th to the 20th at the Hyatt Regency at 100 E 2nd street. I called to cancel because my daughter caught hands, foot, and mouth disease and they told me to go through ******* and I did. I cancelled w them and didn't realize I only cancelled w the protection of my stay. I've tried to call and get them to give me the number to ******* and they couldn't find it. Until I got an email of them telling me I can't get my 365$ Back in refund. I have a daughter to take care of and times are hard and they are trying to keep my money. Please help me!

    I stayed at the Hyatt and was upgraded to a higher level suite by the hotel. When I got to the nearly deserted top floor and entered the suite they assigned me, there was a drunken man already set up there. I WALKED INTO A ROOM WITH A RANDOM MAN IN IT...ALONE, AS A FEMALE... THE DOOR CLOSED BEHIND ME... That was an extraordinarily dangerous situation. The hotel told me to come back to the lobby, and I sat there, terrified, for several hours while they kicked out the drunk guy and cleaned my suite, so that I could return to it without the random roommate. I got free parking and a free dinner entree, amounting to around $40-$45 of value. I got into my room around 9PM and immediately had to go to sleep as I had to get up very early. Later, when I emailed the hotel to describe the good AND bad parts of my experience, a person named Shawntavia ***** offered to upgrade my next stay to the highest possible room/suite. When I emailed Shawntavia to ask if this offer was still good (well within the time limit of one year that I was given), I was told I had already been compensated fairly and the hotel would not be honoring their previous offer. I was, in fact, never "compensated" according to the offer to upgrade my next stay. I have NEVER stayed at another Hyatt in my life. The Hyatt Regency in Tulsa possibly endangered my life, made me an offer to make up for it, then refused to honor the offer. I never asked for the original "fancy" suite that came with a free drunk guy... I certainly didn't get to enjoy the fancy suite once they removed the free drunk guy... Now they won't hold up a different offer that THEY OFFERED. I have all email communications to prove this.
