      Wouldn’t give me my deposit back because the smoke detector was on the tv stand (which is where it was when I got the room) and said that I tampered with the smoke detector that I can either pay a 250$ fine or give her 50$ out of my 100$ deposit

      Very dangerous hotel, drug addicts, people working on cars, homeless roaming throughout property, multiple hazardous electric issues, five appliances plugged into one extension cord,overrun with roaches, dirty linens, water seeping through walls, mold. Not fit for human habitation. Stayed two nights before thankfully finding another hotel, charged for 14 days. Have opened fraud charges with my bank. This business property should be condemned. I am contacting the Tulsa building inspector.

      My husband stayed at this hotel while traveling for business. The hotel looked to be in an abandoned and unsafe area. The room was a disaster and looked like someone trashed it. The ceiling lights over the bed were pulled out of the ceiling with wires dangling. The bathroom door had been kicked in and would not close. There was paint on the windows and on the mirror. Other light fixtures had been pulled off the wall. The door handles on the furniture and closets were ripped off. The tv wires were hanging off the tv. And, the chair in the room was ripped and broken and was ready for the trash. The room smelled and I am concerned about bedbugs. The room was filthy. He contacted the front desk and was told he would have to wait until the morning to talk to the manager. The manager never showed up in the morning. I had booked the hotel with Expedia. I contacted them and was told there was nothing they could do about it. My advice for anyone is don't bother going near this hotel or even thinking about staying there. Expedia should be ashamed of listing this hotel on their website and I told them so. Based on this experience I will never book through Expedia and will take my business elsewhere. Use Booking.com!

      OYO was very deceptive in their presentation of their rooms. On Expedia, they showed beautiful double bed rooms with pristine white bedspreads. When we arrived, they didn't have double rooms and the bedspreads had blood stains in one room, and the sheets had hair and bodily fluid stains in the other room. The door jams looked as if they had recently been broken. We couldn't even put our stuff down. The rooms had a stanky smell to them, and my son with a compromised immune system started feeling ill ASAP. I asked for a refund, but was told that I had to contact customer service. Customer service, the next morning, put me on hold to supposedly talk to the owner. The owner said that I didn't complain, and had stayed. I have a note from the night clerk stating that I didn't stay. She had to check the rooms before giving us back our $50per room deposit. Customer service refused to give us the name of the owner, but gave us a phone number. Upon calling that number, it was an automated system that need a name in order to connect the call. We returned to the hotel and asked the day clerk for the owner's name. She didn't know it, and was told that she couldn't give it out due to HIPPA. Worst experience ever!

      This was, by far, the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel. First of all, I had to pay $20 extra for a nonsmoking room, but sadly, the room was smoking. The ceiling had a tree shaped air freshener hanging above the bed. There was a light fixture above the bed hanging out of the wall exposing live wires. This was extremely unsafe. The couch in the foyer was ready for a dumpster. Much of the fake leather covering was off. The door jam in the room was completely destroyed. The walls were half painted and textured. The outside of the hotel looked as if a tornado had destoyed it. The man at the front desk was very rude. He would not cooperate with me. I would NEVER stay at this hotel as it was very unsafe. I asked for a refund, and I was not given one. I am requesting a full refund.
