We have had the service for many months now and noticed our front yard weeds were not going away but getting worse. We finally noticed on our camera today that they were only spraying the backyard not the front yard. The first time they sprayed both, but then all other sprays they had not. When i contacted them today I spoke to Josh and he said that in their notes they had down that their employee made note he spoke to my husband at set up that we only wanted the backyard completed because our neighbor has theirs sprayed and we get it for free??. That is completely false as i was right there and my husband. He then asked I i had spoken to my husband lately in a very rude/condensending way. I asked for a full refund since services were not completed and he stated no.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 10, 2022/08/09) */ Pricing of the service is based on square footage of area being treated. This client's price fell well below what we would even say is our bottom dollar. This also confirms that the quote provided only reflects the small area of the back. The Divisional Manager spoke with husband when quoting and was instructed to ONLY price a certain area. Mrs. was not included in the conversation with husband when initial quote was done, as it was over the phone. Yes, Josh did ask if she had spoken with her husband - as he is the one who set it up and we (being humans) know how easily it is to miscommunicate with all relationships in life. If the technician treated the entire property on their first application, which he should NOT have (the price does not reflect that much chemical usage) the client was not charged additional funds. That was a fault on our end and a freebie to them. HOWEVER, all techs were advised to only treat the area that was measured for the agreed upon price, which explains why treatments after were back only.. Lawnovations decision to deny refund stands, as the service for the area was completed.
