1. Lack of communication, does not return calls or emails 2. Failed to show for first court date. 3. Late for the next court date, unprepared to defend me, and did not defend me. 4. After court I was then told "It wont affect me as I am retired" 5. I have ask for a copy of some of the paper work taken to this attorney, Jason M. ****, with no response. I have tried several time via phone and email. I was charge $1500 for this "service" and certainly do not think he did his job. My daughter and I took evidence to him, it was not used and no explanation why. He made copies, I need a copy of the lease agreement.Business response

******* ****, retained services for a PO in Creek county on 1/6/2023. cl paid $750 of the $1500 flat fee for representation with attorney Jason ****. Attorney was in another courtroom on 1/10/23, EPO was continued to 2/7/2023 @11 AM. Attorney was present for second court date where client admitted to the court he had shoot Plaintiff through his window. the court found our client ******* **** is a danger to plaintiff and EPO was granted as conclusion. Attorney and staff proved all document including lease he requested. Cl never completed his full payment of $1500 for representation. Client did inform Attorney he was just not happy with representation. Representation was provide to client to the best of the attorneys ability.Initial Complaint

This is being filed at the BBB because again, I was told by Mr. ******* himself that things would get better for sure and to remove my post from BBB. I only did so, believing his words that for sure all the representation would be smoothed out, NOT TRUE, became worse! For this reason and the video's that are posted by ******* has cause an afresh quest for justice, my family is yet important and the staff are not for social justice for everyone. On the 11th Of Nov 2021, I felt relieved to have found a lawyer who vows to up hold Dad"s rights. The prompting to resubmit a complaint while in pursue of fairness in courts presently, is the deliberate and consistent ignoring of any communication between me and the hired Attorney B. L ******* Hoping to find answers again after submitting questions two weeks ago, the hired law firm and the assigned attorney has deliberately, not communicating. I searched for answers only to accidentally stumble on B. L. ******* video's labelled what happens when a De....t has been filed? And "Is your child or children mother replacing you, by a new man?" In the first video he covers how a Default under almost all conditions can not be over turned and if the children are older, more than likely, no default will be placed and the outcome isn't in the person favor, most likely. B. L. ******* having this foreknowledge and facts, why file the same way you just described in the video, already fully aware that the outcome is a less than bad roll of the dice? Fact is now I see I am taken to fall and pay for something where the outcome is already known. Additionally, on my appearance day, I had no Live video link to show for my appearance in court, I communicated only again, no replies! I was told that the paralegal was off duty and had not seen any communication, so now court in less than a hour I can not show up because, intentional and deliberateInitial Complaint

I hired Brian ******* at Wirth Law firm located in Tulsa, Ok on the First week of Nov 2021. I was assured on the second week on Monday in Nov 2021 that he and his office would get started on my case. I never heard from anyone, until I called the young man who is a marketer/ misc. I requested that communication and updates be provided. I was insured that communication would be no problem and they check messages via panther law platform. I also requested NO contact with previous lawyer. I lost 6 weeks, due to no answer phone calls, no return emails, not one email has been answered on the law platforms. I waited three weeks, for them to get the panther platform working,. After pushing them to do their job, I was promised by Ms ****** that she will make sure it does not happen again. Yet, not one paperwork from this office is filled, but $700.00 dollars are deducted from my retainer fee. Ms Carolyn ****** took over as paralegal. She stated things would be different. She set up a conference call, and never showed up. I have had five meeting set up, and none happened. I am the one calling because nothing as of now if filled by this office, but they charge me because they fail to do their job. Ms ***** purposely dodged my calls and emails. The other side of the office stated they do give ******* and his office messages, but they ignore. It is now February 2022, right now, nothing has been done, but they charge for failed communication. This office is shameful and fulls of disappointments and has false advertisements. I want my money returned back into my retainer account. I did the hard work myself, I caught Ms ***** with her lies, and she yet has not done a good job. (Please see attached)Business response

Consumer Response /* (2000, 6, 2022/02/11) */ The merchant/business has responded and enacts good faith. I do accept his resolution. I request the file to be closed based on the phone call conversation and pending on the path given via phone call.
