On June 23rd, Certified Moving Solutions was hired to pack my belongings, wrap furniture and televisions in provided padding, and load the items into a **Box which they were supposed to bring with them between 8am and 10am.They showed up at 10am with a truck but no **Box. They called their boss and said they would be back in half an hour. They returned after noon. It was a rushed afternoon, despite us telling them to take their time and be sure our items fit. I had all items to be packed in the living room in the same inside measurements as the **Box.After they had "packed" the **Box, they claimed there was no more room. They insisted nothing else would fit in the **Box and there was furniture that we were unable to take with us because of their inability to pack efficiently and properly.We had already reserved a hotel room at a destination. However, we would not have been able to make it to that destination because of their time delay and poor communication skills. So, we had to scramble to reserve a different hotel room at a destination 4 hours closer.When we were finally at our new apartment and it came time to unpack the **Box, the movers here in ************ asked me to come out and take pictures of the atrocious sight they saw when they opened the **Box. We had several damaged items. Including a 48" television and several totes and a bookcase. None of the items were wrapped causing damage to our wooden furniture, television, microwave cart, microwave, and our exercise bike.They have not answered nor returned calls regarding this situation.Date: 06/23/2023 Amount paid: $185.00 Amount requested: $700 Order number: OR-136ac56eBusiness response

After doing further research, it seems that we have never serviced you in the first place the job number or order number did you ever provided has no record in other words we Never serviced this order. I do apologize that you had a bad experience through movinghelp.com But you should definitely reach back out to them and figure out who your desired crew was that you hiredCustomer response

I am rejecting this response because: I have provided additional information from MovingHelp.com showing that Certified Moving Solutions did, in fact, move and break my items.
