      04/20/2023 Amount paid $611.97 We hired Two men and a truck for packing and truck loading services. On the day of service we paid the $611.97 on my significant others card/account/bank for the service, and received a receipt. Today, on 05/11/2023 a completely unauthorized charge for $637.54 from this company appeared on my account. I spoke to multiple representatives who didn’t seem motivated to help resolve this issue. I was never allowed to speak directly to a manager or supervisor about this issue, and instead was just relayed information by a representative.

      Two Men and a Truck moved our belongings on 7/22/2022. In the process, they damaged our refrigerator that we just purchased. I reported this to the company immediately. They said they would send someone to look at it. This was on a Friday. In the meantime, we lost every item in our freezer and refrigerator. A repairman showed up yesterday (Monday) and stated that he would have to order a part which would take three more days. This will mean we have been without a refrigerator in our home for 6 days in 100 degree heat. We have had to eat out almost every meal. I asked that the company give us $250 towards buying all new refrigerated items and she said they would give us $150. It will cost well over $250 not to mention all of the money we have spent on meals. I told her that I would dispute this on my credit card and she said she would cancel having our refrigerator that THEY damaged repaired. This is a terrible company.

Despite you reporting your claim at the end of the day Friday, I had a repairman to you first thing Monday and he will be repairing the refrigerator today. It took less than 2.5 business days to order, ship, receive and get repaired. I told you that if you disputed your payment, we would be unable to move forward with the claim as the moving contract between us states that no claims will be handled unless payment had been received in full. Also, you were not told no regarding the food reimbursement. It was explained that $150 was all that I as the claims coordinator could authorize and that I would have to send the request for more to my supervisor. Instead of waiting to hear back, you resorted to screaming and yelling at me as if that was going to change the rules my supervisor has for me. I have sent your request to him and will communicate with you once I hear back.

      First of all they will not refund my deposit EVEN though they pushed my move in time frame WITHOUT telling me so that they could selfishly have a "Christmas party" which who holds a party at 7-8 am . Secondly the manager said she called and left me a voicemail to advise of this which is a total LIE seeing as how I don't even have a voicemail set up! They're liars, scammers and will keep your money while doing their own personal agendas which now threw my whole day off schedule. They're completely overpriced and unprofessional!!!!! Most of all, LIARS! Do not do business with them and will be telling everyone on my VERY large social following to never use them as well!

Please find attached the pre-move letter you signed on November 10, 2021. The document states, "We request 72 hours advance notice for a cancellation of your service. Your deposit under 72 hours is transferrable but non­refundable." 2. Attached is the recording of the voicemail we left you on your mobile number provided at the time of booking 3. Attached is the recording of the phone call where you cancelled your move because your "plans fell through" It's shameful that instead of taking accountability for your actions, you feel the need to project your anger on others and threaten and slander our company.
