"I terminated my subscription at the beginning of March and received a confirmation of cancellation through the website. I also confirmed this verbally with the owner on the telephone. However, I was still charged on March 8th despite canceling my subscription. I disputed this with my credit card company, and the salon rebilled my credit card on April 4th. My credit card company confirmed that the salon never attempted to credit the charge. Despite making numerous calls and conversations and sending multiple emails, I have only been met with false assurances by the salon owner and managers, told to be patient, and a continued charge remains on my credit card. Even after six weeks, my persistent efforts to secure a refund have been unsuccessful. The salon's promises of immediate credit have been proven to be empty, and I am left feeling deceived and dissatisfied.Over the past week, I have spoken with managers and the owner. All of them have expressed apologies, promised to return phone calls, and expressed shock at the delay. However, I have not received my refund yet."Customer response
