Really bad experience. Under paid for trade in and harass me all the time. I had block to block them on my phone. There wasnt a chance to think about the purchase on a holiday weekend. The bank was closed so I ended up financing and it was a big mistake. They didnt give me my car back after only a test drive and shoved papers under my nose so far I didnt even get to read them. I was alone and every dealer in the area capitalized on it. When my friend came to help me they threatened to press charges and no one would help us. But basically didnt pay me for my car and gave me something that would have been listed stolen by now. I know people who have gone to jail for grand theft auto before even being billed. I drove their s***** ***** back to the lot and left it so I dont go to jail too. **** had every right to be mad at these charlatans.Jim Glover Chevrolet Response

*********************** purchased a 2020 Chevrolet Traverse on July 6, 2024. Everything was fine and she called on July 11, 2024 asking for her trade back, We informed her that we do not have a return policy but reminded her that we can do an exchange. After tellingher again that she can exchange, she hung up. The reason she wanted to return the vehicle is because her significantother didn't like ************** vehicles, but also stated she saw her vehicle online for more than what we offered her on trade value. She reached out again and we had a conversation with her and tried to offer exchange again even ****** was out of the exchange policy days and also we offered to do exchange but she hung up again. On or about the same day another dealership reached out to us for a lienholder, because she was trading the vehicle at another dealership. On July 12, 2024 ***** and a significant other showed up parked the vehicle on our lot and left , ****** and ***** and myself ( *****) went to talk with them and they were nowhere to be found. They left the vehicle on our lot and took with keys with them and on July 13, 2024 her significant other showed up on the lot and picked up the vehicle and confrontedKam while he was with customers with ***'s back to him he shoved Kam from behind and called him an inappropriateword in front of his customer. Then on or around July 19, 2024 *****'s signific ***** dropped the vehicle on our lot, took the keys and it'sstill here.As far as the harassmentaccusations coming from our dealership, we had made multiple attempts to contact her and try to find a resolution but she refused to talk with us at all. After her loan was funded and she left her vehicle on our lot, locked and took the keys with her, we have also tried multiple attempts to reach out to her so she can get her vehicle off our lot at this point we have no choice but to let the lienholder know that the vehicle is at our lot.We have multiple transcripts of communication through text with her verbally assaultingour employees.Review from Christa H

I had my battery checked at ******** and they told me it was a bad battery. I took my vehicle to Jim Glover Chevrolet off of ********* because thats where the battery was purchased and it was still under warranty. The service advisor that helped me was *******. I waited over three hours to get a battery replacement. Every hour I would check with ******* to see what was taking so long he said they had to test the battery for the warranty and after two hours sure enough he said it was a bad battery and it would only take 25 minutes to do the reinstall. Another hour pass by and finally the battery was replaced. As I left the dealership parking lot and turned the corner my battery light came on. I immediately turned around return to the service department to tell them what had happened. ******* stated yes, he noticed an oil leak and that the oil had gotten into the alternator I was livid. I told him so you knew this and allowed me to leave the dealership, knowing that I had a bad alternator. The service manager, ***** approached me and offered to let him make it right for me to keep my vehicle to see what was going on with it. I must say that ****** de-escalation skills were on point. Therefore, I allowed my vehicle for them to see the issue. To make long story short I was told I needed a new alternator and oil pressure switch cost around $1,300 offered me a $300 discount, paid $1,000 and still an oil leak! Brought it back they pressure washed underneath to get any residual oil. Still a leak, brought it back again it was there 2 days with nobody looking at it I called no response so I picked it up the next morning and ******* told me they hadnt had a chance to look at it! Two days later I received this text: Hi *******, The obvious oil leaks we now see are the crankshaft seal, front timing cover, and valve cover seals. The estimate to repair these leaks is $3375. We would have to clean up everything again and reevaluate. Thank You!How when it wasnt looked at?Jim Glover Chevrolet Response

I have attempted to type this review numerous times, but unfortunately, they do not provide enough characters on this forum for me to explain my situation, so I will leave it at this. I would NEVER recommend anyone do business with this dealership. My fiance and I were highly taken advantage of in a stressful situation. While some better research should have been done on our end, this dealership should be ashamed of the situation they left us in. Especially, when we were selling to them and buying from them. While I would say most dealerships are dishonest, they are on a whole new level.Review from Leo S

The dealership saying they have been #1 for 17 years is deceiving at best. You don't start out in business as #1, you earn it, which I doubt they have or ever will. They skew the data in their favor, just pay attention to what they actually say. They said years ago, they were the fastest growing dealership. Very misleading again. A new business will most likely be the "fastest growing" when compared to an established business. Who cares about there spoiled kids in the commercials. They will just flaunt there wealth as the owner's kids do. Did they get permission to use "Eye of the Tiger" in their recent commercial? I can't turn on the ** or radio without hearing or seeing one of those kids, the girl or her brother, in a commercial. It's very annoying. Yes, I either tun it off or change the channel. Give us a break. Who cares about who you are? Introducing yourself like a celebrity is ridiculous as well. It's all in your head. They were nice but typical car salesman. Put you through a ton of **** to make you stress out and scramble to get things together when you’ve been waiting for almost a week to get the car you purchased. No one ever called me for updates, I had to call and inquire about the status. Told the car would be ready on Tuesday, (after purchasing Thursday) when we arrived we had to wait almost an hour for them to tell us that it would be 2 hours to get the car. Told to come back the next day at 5 and the finance department would be ready for us 45 minutes after 5 we finally were taken back and told we had to get all this paperwork ready immediately. It was a hassle and unprofessional. They only started working with us when we threatened to leave and cancel the sale. Disappointing to say the least. I guess all car salesman are the same after all.
