Triad Auto would not, and has not, given me the title so I can get my registration and tags. They gave me multiple paper tags and told me to come back another time, while still billing me every 2 weeks for the vehicle. The owner texted me to meet up and get the papers, but never responded to calls or texts I sent following that specific message. They stopped billing me, even though I still had a balance to pay, so I stopped sending payments. I had multiple tickets with TPD totaling over $500 in fines for no tags/registration. Im seeking a full refund plus fees I was required to pay to ************.

I purchased a car from Willie at triad in July of 2021 and my car has been paid off. I still have yet to receive a title from them and they don't answer the phone and they also shut down the building! Iam now trying to sell the car and from the looks of it I got blessed because I haven't had any problems with it, except the rude and hateful tone of Mark and the lying scamming of Willie. I JUST NEED MY TITLE! And when I look on my credit report it is showing that I HAVE MISSED PAYMENTS!! My car is paid off IN FULL!!!!! I tried to dispute it and it came back that they reported right! Which is wrong!!!!!

I bought a 2008 Chevy uplander from Triad auto because I had terrible credit and needed a car. This was around june 2019. Due to a screw up with the paperwork given to me by Triad to title and tag the van, I somehow registered a Chevy impala instead. Before receiving the title in the mail I was asked to come to Triad asap because I had the wrong plate on my cat, this is only a few weeks after I bought it. I assumed they knew what they were doing and complied. Fast forward a year I'm all but a couple hundred dollars of paying off the van, my tag is due and I'm out of work so can't afford the tag. So after the stimulus last year went out I attempted to pay for the tag penalties and the remaining balance on the car. I discovered it had never been registered to me so I needed Triad to fix this mistake and they did nothing but duck me after taking my money I couldn't get title without the paperwork from Triad. Skip ahead to April of this year 4 months now being ignored and jerked around, I have the messages and calls to prove this. I get pulled over by tulsa county sheriff while on my way to Triad, my van is impounded Triad still won't get me the bill of sale I need to get it out and now it's been crushed by Glenpool wrecker service. 45 days is all I was given and a different company is in the old Triad location so idk out of business? Now my family has no vehicle. How can this be allowed to happen!!! So because of Mike from Triad ducking me unjustly I'm out of luck. I didn't even have time to mention the 3500 dollars spent on repairs in those 2 and half years because it was a lemon. That part was on me though I accepted that.

I purchased a 2003 Pontiac Vibe from the Triad Auto Sales, I made all payments on or before the due date, and I paid the account off early 03/19/2022. A few days after my payoff I received a phone call from a gentleman asking where my payment for March was, I explained that I had made my payment on time and then paid the account off. The gentleman proceeded to tell me that my payment was stolen and he would check things out, he later called saying never mind he had made a mistake and everything was in order and that I should receive my lien release in a couple of weeks, that was not the case because they then reported to the credit bureau that I was late on the payment and caused my credit score to drop by 80 points. I then contacted Willie, the person/salesman I had purchased the car from and explained everything to him and he also stated there was nothing to worry about, that he would take care of the credit report, get me the lien release, and he would deal with the other gentleman. Here it is going on 2 months and my credit report hasn't been updated, I haven't received my lien release, and now no one is returning my calls or messages. I am needing to sell the 2003 Vibe and can not due to no lien release, and my credit is still messed up because it shows late and missed payments. In the beginning, it took 3 Months just to get the title,. I have copies of all payments and payoff as well as all messages between Willie and myself in regards to the final payment, payoff, and the talk about the lien release and credit report.

Late august I went to Triad Auto Sales to get a car. I only had $2,000 to put down on something and figured I would try it out since my mother bought a decent car from them 3 years prior. Willie, the guy in charge, told me they had several different cars, all with minimal issues to choose from and that he would fix any and all problems. I picked out a dodge magnum that he said all it needed was a key. I waited a few days for the key and when I test drove it, it needed the rear end changed and the tie rods. He agreed to fix it. Loaned me a trail blazer in the mean time. Willie showed up at my house a week before payment was due, demanding I pay him in cash right then, calling it a favor. I completely paid of the magnum in December. The trail blazer he loaned me, broke down after 2 months. Then he loaned me another car, Ford Escape, which has also broke down now. And he even asked me to pay for the repairs for his cars. Said after trying to fix the magnum, it won't run at all. Refuses to give me a decent car or my money back. When I spoke to him about giving me my money back, he screamed profanities at me over the phone and hung up. After paying for the magnum, Willie put it in his system as a repossession. I've never had a repossession from him. I can't even get a running car from him.

I started purchasing a car from this car dealership about 8 months ago, I started buying a nissan versa, out of the blue Mr Willie said that he illegally was selling me the car and that he needed me to bring it in so that he can get a vin inspection on it.. He then told me i had to pick another car because of what he had to do to get it legal, so i was looking at cars and he comes up to me telling me that someone else is interested in buying the car.. I was really confused but i know nothing about what dealers have to do to get the cars legal.. so then i found a honda cr-v, i had it for about 3 months, dealing with the brakes going out.. when i had test drove it the brakes we screeching and they said they would fix them. When they said it was fixed we got the car, i drove it for about a month and brakes got to where i had to push on the brakes about literally 500 feet behind a car because i was so worried about causing an accident. I was at work one day and my husband was taking it to a brakes shop and they told him that the car wouldnt even hold brake fluid and that wen the brake fluid that was in it ran out that there was no stopping the car, they also gave him a receipt of damage the would have to fix and that it was going to cost $3000 just to fix. We dont have that kind of money so he took it back to Mr Willie and Mr Willie said they would fix it. they had it for over 3 weeks, One day we called him and he said that the car was ready, so we go in to pick it up (car still wasnt ready), he tells us that we have to make a 2 week payment before we can get it.. we had the money but we were letting him fix it.. then over the course of 1 month he had sold the cr-v because they couldnt fix it and that he had another car we could get. then told us that he couldnt sell us that car because they lost the key to it and that it would cost 300 dollars for another one and that they werent gonna pay for another key.. 2 weeks later i call and ask him whats up with me getting anot
