*****, on the sales staff, provided exceptional customer service! He was very friendly and provided a wide variety in the specific product line as we requested. He was instrumental in arriving at our final selection. The installers were very helpful and provided exceptional customer service! Mill Creek staff was very helpful, working with us to pick out several different flooring options. They answered questions and suggested alternatives. We received good service both from Bill in the store and from the installers. They installed LVP in our 2nd story that included bedrooms, bathroom and laundry in 1 1/2 days, professional service by everyone involved.Review from Connie W

Bill at Millcreek Carpet and Tile went to significant lengths to obtain a small supply of a discontinued LVT flooring material for us. This allows us to add a basement bathroom that has flooring matching our family room. Although we have not been previous customers of Millcreek, he did not hesitate to research availability of the product and arrange for shipment. This level of customer service will definitely encourage us to use Millcreek in the future. Thank you Millcreek.Review from Cindy D

We love the tile. We had a small job, guest bathroom (floor only). The installer that came to our house was very polite and conscientious. He arrived early on a Friday and came back early on Saturday to do the grout. Looks nice!Review from Claire B
