Event occurred 10/12/2022- present. We received an estimate for services including repaving our residential driveway here in Tulsa, Ok. We paid over 18,000 for work that was not done correctly and ended up creating more of an issue than it was worth. Martin and his crew arrived around 9am and left when the job was "completed" around 4pm the same day. After leaving, we went out to inspect the job and found many issues with the integrity of the job including an unlevel surface areas and overall not up to our standards. While paving our driveway they managed to COMPLETELY COVER not only our water meter as well as 3 others in the neighborhood that are located on our property. After realizing this we were quick to contact Martin and explain to him the issues and were met with sarcastic remarks and excuses which left him unable to do anything about it. After calling multiple times and waiting over a week he finally sent a crew of men over to fix the damage that resulted from them paving our driveway. When the crew arrived they didn't have any of the tools or equipment needed to do the work they came to do. My husband generously opened his garage and toolbox to offer them anything they needed to uncover the water meters since their boss sent them in empty handed. That was several days ago. Today they came back knowing exactly what was expected of them yet somehow still managed to wreak more havoc. When they left today my husband went outside to discover not only had they not uncovered all three water meters but they completely dug up and damaged our water line to the point it flooded the back yard and had to be shut off leaving us without water the rest of the day. Currently we have plumbers overlooking the issue to which they said it was solely the crews fault for the damage sustained. Martin has been nothing but disrespectful and dismissive and we would like at the very least a partial refund and for his future clients to know exactly the type of person they're hiring.Initial Complaint

This company made an asphault driveway for me in 2020, Ive been trying to get them to fix it for a year and a half, the job didn't get done correctly, Martin Daily promised me 2 different times he would send his crew to fix it and never did so, now hes trying to tell me its my problem. Please help, this was a $3000 driveway that already looks 10 years old and is washing out in the backBusiness response
