I pre-ordered 3 centipedes… all totaling $750 and his shipment was late or whatever excuse he gave and I told him to email everyone that their orders will be late and he eventually did. But… I NEVER received my pedes even after 1.5 years and just like you he stopped responding to my texts and emails. He’s a piece is SH%T that steals people’s hard-earned money. I honestly don’t know how he lives with himself. He ripped a TON of people on the pre-order. DO NOT BUY FROM 03 Arachnids, everyone!!!!Review from Elisa C

Ordered several jumping spiders. All DOA. They were crammed in paper towels in small vials with no space and 2 small pin pricks in the lids. The spiders were all 2nd instars and too young to be shipped. Upon requesting a refund, I was met with rudeness and accusations of lying about arrival time of the package and if they were actually photos (I actually had to cut the animals in half per policy as proof they were dead) of the spiders sent with no invoices or tracking. I admit I did not get a live arrival guarantee, however the rudeness and accusations right at the beginning against a new customer were unacceptable. I don't even care about a refund at this point, but want his poor customer service on the record for others. I wouldn't even give this guy one star if possible. This guy does not care about his animals and is out just for a cash grab. I will be waiting on my old supplier for what I need.Review from Agustin G

Please avoid this business! I placed my order back in April and have been desperately trying hard to get a refund with no luck. In October I finally got response telling me my ordered died in a molt and that he was "trying ******* hard to find a replacement" at a weekend show and if one wasnt found he would issue a refund. I have not heard back from him since that email despite the numerous request for a refund. His FB page is filled with similar complaints and I wished I read them first. I lost a lot of money to this guy.
