We purchased a Siberian Husky from the Petland store in Tulsa, Oklahoma on October 17, 2022. While signing papers and playing with the dog we notice he had a cough we told the kennel manager about it and she told us the Vet would be coming in that evening and they would have him check him out. We agreed to this and stated we would come pick the dog up the next day after the vet had seen him and given him his medication. We were contacted on October 18, 2022 by the kennel manager and she stated that he had an upper respiratory infection and the vet had prescribed him medication and once she had received the medication we could come pick him up. My husband picked the puppy up on October 18, 2022 early afternoon and brought him to our home. We notice right away that the puppy had diarrhea but was told that it could be due to stress from a change in his environment. We scheduled the first vet appointment with the approved vet for Friday October 21, 2022 and also scheduled for the puppy to be boarded at the approved vet until Monday October 24, 2022. We picked the puppy up from the approved vet the afternoon of October 24, 2022 and took him home. After being home we noticed that he still had a severe case of diarrhea but monitored the puppy for the evening going into Tuesday October 25, 2022. On Tuesday October 25,2022 I contacted the vet and told him that the puppy wasn't eating or drinking and seemed lethargic, he told to bring the puppy in the the clinic which I did that afternoon. The vet kept the puppy till Tuesday November 1, 2022 at which time we picked the puppy up and was told to finish out his medication and that he seemed to be fine. When we got home the puppy we noticed that the cough the puppy had was worse than we seen at first I contacted the approved vet on November 2, 2022 and state that the puppies cough was worse the vet proceeded to tell me that it was due to his environment and that he couldn't see him today.Business response

We have previously advised the customer that if they bring the puppy to an approved veterinarian hospital the Limited Warranty will cover the related medical expenses to address the upper respiratory infection.
