I hired Painters of Tulsa to paint my Living Room, Kitchen nook, front door, shutters, Master bed and bathroom. Everything was doing ok and toward the end of the week the Master bed and bath were not getting done as they should, Nick the owner came in to help get the job done and was doing the nook. On Friday, the team left and was to finish on Monday. I paid Nick in full the remainder balance My wife and I looked at the bedroom and the color that we choose wasn't coming together. so I reached out to Nick and asked if we could change that and he said yes but it would be an additional cost, which is understandable. He was to be there on Monday to finish the bedroom and bathroom. He or nobody from his company never showed up. I was scheduled for surgery that day. We never heard from Nick. I was in the hospital for a week. When I got home I reached out to him and he told me that he got sick and couldnt get to it which I again understand, however I had to hire another company to complete the task. Painters of Tulsa failed to do touch ups in the living room or even complete the first color, let alone any attempt to resolve this issue. Nick stated in a text that he would stop by and deliver a refund when he picks up supplies that were left at my home. He sent a worker late on a Friday evening to pick up these painting supplies and I havent heard anything from him. The job was half completed no bathroom cabinets painted bathroom ceiling wasnt painted. Trim in the kitchen nook, there was so much that I had to have another painter complete.
