            I was offered a Service Contract from AAA Septic on 7/24/2020 for $900 he said he would come out on the 25th day of each month to maintain the septic system and make sure everything was running properly. If an issue was to come up during the contract period he would repair it at no charge. Around the last week of June 2021 I called to let him know the system was not working he came out and stated the internal pump needed to be replaced and he would order it and return in a couple of days to replace it. Today is August 19th and my System is still down I have communicated several times with **** from AAA septic and every day he sets to come out he gives another excuse as to why he didn't make it. He offered to give me a refund but has now stopped responding to my messages or answering my calls.

            This company replaced a pump and emptied the tanks on my 82 year old dad’s aerobic system on 8/21/2023. When the three year warranted pump quit working two weeks later, my dad called them. This company has told my father they would be out to replace the pump. It is now 10/20/2023 and it still has not been replaced. Worse than anything, they’ve told my dad numerous times they would be out to replace it. Each time they never showed and never called to reschedule. They stopped answering my dad’s call. When I called, I was told by “Mike the dispatcher” (he would not give me his last name), that he could get a refund authorized. He said he would call me the next day to arrange a meet time to give us the check. He never called. Now he won’t answer my calls. Shame on you AAA Septic Cleaners, for giving an 82 year old man the run around. If I could rate this company with zero stars, I would. Very unprofessional!
