I had a procured done on 07/08/2021 with the Tulsa Endoscopy Center. I received my first statement on 09/01/2021 for $815.07. I set up a payment plan. I made my first payment on 10/01/2021 of $135.84 -11/17/2021 $200.00 01/14/2022 $100.00 02/10/2022 $100.23 02/17/2022 $100.23 03/01/2022 $100.00 03/17/2022 $79.00 04/01/2022 $100.00 05/01/2022 $100.00 & 06/01/22 $100.00 total amount paid $1115.30. - Every statement received monthly as of 02/01/2022 shows I owed $379.00 --- I am still receiving statements showing I still owe $379.00. I have called and emailed the billing department monthly since 04/01/2022 with no response to my emails and when I call all they tell me is my claim has been escalated and I get voicemails when I am transferred with no return calls. If I do talk to someone the CSR tells me they can't find my payments to add to my account to show I have made payment. My account shows every time I have made payment but they can't find the funds to allocate it to my account. I am tried of getting the run around with no solution in sight. I want the funds I am owed back to be returned to me as soon as possible. I am now owed back $300.23 for over payment. Please see attached Statements and Payment History from my billing log in.
