On 3/22/2022 I paid $20,721.00 as a down payment for a total project cost of $69,070.00 and since I knew the world was experiencing supply chain problems I had the company representative add to the contract a time line for the project to be completed and he wrote on the contract expected 12-14 weeks to receive material and 7-10 days to install. It has been 18 weeks and I've been told twice over the last 3 weeks that the product to complete my install was on hand and now they are saying it could be a couple of more weeks due to the employee scheduled to complete the install was busy working on projects in another city. I've been getting a run around since May 2022 with their representative Jana stating that she was working on getting a permit which would only take a few days because my home town was very efficient and getting them back to her. When I call back and talked to Jana in June she said that she was working on getting the paperwork completed to get the permit. I mentioned to her that is what she said in May. I'm getting the runaround and they have my $20,721.00 in their pocket. Check was cashed. I asked to speak to the owner and he is on vacation. Last time I talked to Jana I asked to speak to the owner and he was unavailable. Today I told Jana that I wanted a deadline for my install by Monday 7/25/2022 or I would like for the company to return my deposit. I'm fearful that they have used my deposit for something other than my project and do not want to loose the payment I've made.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/07/27) */ We have made contact with the customer and the permit has been applied for. He has been given a start date to deliver the material to start the job. We had delays in all our installations due to back log of jobs and back orders from our vendors. This makes the 4th time that I've been told by the company that my permit is being filed for. I think it would be best to accept their response until I see some action this Thursday. I've been told the items needed to complete this project will be delivered this Thursday and I told them that due to the location of my home and the uphill drive should be reviewed prior to their delivery. The Salesman that issued our contract is no longer with the company and he did see our home location, but, I don't know if the information was passed on to the delivery people. I have a feeling that if and when they arrive Thursday there may be additional complications. Business Response /* (4000, 10, 2022/08/04) */ The owner of Four Seasons Sunrooms met with the consumer on 8/3/22 at 5:30pm to discuss their delivery/start date. He also explained that due to unforeseen circumstances the installer that is qualified to build their Louvered Roof System is sick with COVID as of 8/1/22. I did meet with the owner of Four Seasons and we had a good conversation about our job that he is working on. I would like to keep this case open until the job is finished. Due to Covid and Supply chain issues I want to stay on the front end of their work load. Consumer Response /* (2000, 17, 2022/09/16) */ This is an update to my last statement regarding complaint # 38090967 regarding my relationship with Four Seasons Sunrooms. I met with Brian, the owner of Four Seasons and after discussing our project I found that Brian and his team were very helpful in satisfying all issues of my complaint. The concerns I had were found to be related to Covid 19, supply issues and the scheduling issues they caused. I have paid Four Seasons in full and in return they have agreed to follow up on any issues discussed in a timely way. I'm also willing to give a good recommendation for anyone wanting to use Four Seasons in the future.
