I signed my child up for millers swim school using our school funds provided by Epic Charter school. Epic payed out for the first month or two and then stoped paying. When I called Epic to find out why they stopped paying for our classes they said, it was because the financial office at millers missed the deadline and they stopped being a vendor for Epic. Millers failed to notify us of the vender change and that they missed the deadline to get our classes paid for my epic. This did not give us the opportunity to pull our child so we wouldnt be charged for the classes. Millers continues to charge my account for swim lessons we dont even attend. I have called to get this resolved multiple times and the financial person will not return my calls. Thank you for any help you can offer pertain to this issue.Customer response

Hello, Millers Swim School has contacted me to cancel the charges on my account. It was a billing issue that is now resolved. I would like to cancel this open ticket request out or at the least update it as soon as possible to issues resolved. Thank you
