      My car was repoed by regal from ******** tow and recovery aug 5th 2024 my belongings were took out the car by the tow company and I had to go to that company 3 miles outside of ******** to receive them well the car was not at that location it was at a saber location which they told me they cant disclose of that location when Im picking up my things its in two big bags and everything inside was soak and wet because they sat it outside for the whole weekend my Apple Watch was not in that bag if it was it would be damaged so that means its stolen after the car was repossessed so I knew that wasnt all my belongings I asked was all the stuff took out the trunk they told me they were not able to get in because they didnt have the key so I give them the key and ***** from ******** tow and recovery said he will go to the saber site the following day ( August 13th) to get the rest out he called me and said there nothing in the trunk I talked to saber they told me nothing was in there when i know for a fact my daughter bag with her birth certificate and the rest of her stuff from the hospital was in there plus two big box and bags with clothes and shoes saber thought it was a joke and kept hanging up in my face and telling me to do a claim against the wrecker but the tow company could not access the trunk without the key the car sat a saber location for a whole week and no one can tell me where my things are I dont feel like I should file a claim I feel like I should be given my belongings why only give me half my things and act like it was never anything in the trunk if it was threw away someone could have just said that but they are making it like the wrecker took it out or it was never anything in there at the end of the day Im a customer to ******************** they did not care that my things were took out in there possession ***** from ******** tow and recovery tried to help me locate my things and apologized but wasnt able I really appreciate him for that.       Sold me a car that cannot pass state inspection. I cant register or plate the car until it passes. They clearly state their cars passed inspection poor business practices and false reporting on vehicle

      All of the vehicles at Regal Car Sales in ******** are required to pass state inspection before they can be sold to a customer.  If the customer has a mechanical issue with the vehicle they are encouraged to contact the location they purchased the car from.

      I was buying a car from this company and it got repossessed. I have tried several times to get this company to tell me where my stuff is so I can get my personal belongings from my car. They will not do that all they tell me is it is with the repossession company and it has been put together by the repossession company but they will not give me the name of the repossession company I have tried and tried to get the name of the company from them and they refuse to give it to me and all I want is my personal belongings back

      In December 2023 I purchased a 2016 ****** Altima from Regal Car Sales and Credit. While I was signing the paperwork the person helping me then explained that the car had a ****** mile warranty or 1 year warranty on it. He said that if anything happens to the car they would fix it. He also explained the aci payment of $49 which is **************** on the vehicle. If anything happens to the vehicle while I am paying the extra $49 each payment they said they would take care of the vehicle.An accident occurred on 04/02/2024 and the back side of my vehicle was severely damaged. I went to Regal Car Sales and spoke with someone and all that I am getting is the run around. I have called **** and ********* and neither one of them are helping with this.********* told me there's nothing that she can do about this. She said she only works in the *** department. I am asking Regal Cars to replace my vehicle.One of the employees at the Regal Cars even said himself that the car needs to be replaced. I am very upset that nobody is doing anything about this. It looks like I was lied to about the warranty on the car and the *** which I am currently paying for.

      I got an estimate on the damage to the car which is more than what the car is worth. Two workers at the collision center stated that the car is demolished. 

      I took the paperwork to ******** at Regal Car Sales, and tried to show it to her. She reacted as if it does not matter. Then she tells me to come back tomorrow and talk to *****, the person who is above her.

      I will go back tomorrow and talk to *****. If nothing is done I am definitely getting a lawyer on this.

      Our customer was in an accident with another vehicle who was insured with ************************.  The claims process has been started and it is now in the hands of the insurance company of the person our customer was in an accident with.  Even though our customer is currently paying for collateral protection insurance, because the person who crashed into our customer's vehicle is at fault there is nothing we more Regal can currently do at this time.  If the customer can provide our company with a claim number, we will do everything we can to expedite the claim.

      When I had the car checked for the damage I was told the car is demolished and not safe to drive.

      If the car is demolished why should I continue making payments on it?

      The driver of the other vehicle involved in the accident, ***************************,  lied to the police concerning his insurance company name and gave the police officer his own cell phone number, not the insurance phone number. He probably did that knowing that he is dead guilty of destroying my vehicle.

      I plan on talking to a lawyer about this also because it looks like you're trying to avoid doing anything at all. As I mentioned to ********* why are you people in business because of the way you treat accidents that occur.

      I purchased a car with regal on 1/13/24 a week later the car breaks down they fix it then comes March the car breaks down again they end up having to get it towed in to get it fixed by the lots mechanic they kept the car for a week because they said they were waiting on a part (a sensor) the reason the car was took there is because it was running hot a sensor would not make the car run hot. I finally get the car back not even ********************************************************************************************************************** again bring it back but was very unprofessional cant give you a time on when things could be done but just want you to go without a car and dont give loaners so I got my own diagnostic and there is a leak in the coolant tank as of today they have the car they told me they figured out the problem and that they ordered spark plugs (thats not a reason for a car to run out if it wont hold coolant its going to run hot which means its a hose leaking or the radiator is damaged) I received this call from a lady that works there named ******** I believe it seems to me they wanna fix little things to avoid the major issues going on with the car so once the warranty ends they dont have to fix anything this is the 3rd time in their shop since I got it in January 2024

      Our customer came in with an overheating issue in March for an overheating issue.  *********** technicians at the car lot thought they had addressed the overheating issue, however, the amount of overheating damaged the engine and it needs to be replaced.  A replacement issue was ordered and is currently in the process of being put into the vehicle.

      In October 2023, I was quoted $15,000 for a car I had shown an interest. We negotiated a down payment of $785 which was lower than some other down payments. After signing the papers and getting home with the car I realized that the purchase price for the car had increased by the amount of my down payment! They had ADDED my down payment to the price of the car! When I was in the middle of signing the many papers I had to sign the sales rep acted like he noticed a mistake and took the contract to the office and then a lady came out with the contract and proceeded to tell me where to sign and where to initial. She summarized what I was signing but failed to point out the amount I was financing or that the purchase price had increased. I feel like they were sneaky and underhanded the way they handled things. I had to return to the lot to pick up a spare tire and told them I noticed what they had done and that I was not happy about it but was totally ignored.The increase in purchase price made it more expensive to get it registered as well as probably causing an extra 2 or 3 payments. $785 may not be much to some people but it is a lot to me since I basically live paycheck to paycheck.

      I am rejecting this response because:   I was quoted $15,000 while standing in the parking lot. It was a firm $15,000. The down payment started out upwards of $1,000 I think something like $1,075. I can't remember exactly the amount but because the car had been in the lot for longer than 30 days he said he could come down in the down payment. While negotiating the down payment there was never any mention of the purchase price being anything other than $15,000. I realize its a done deal but I think it was an unethical way to make your money. The entire transaction was highly suspect. I just wish I had paid more attention and not felt like I could trust you. Obviously I was mistaken.

      I am rejecting this response because: I know there wasn't any negotiation on the price of the car. That's what I'm talking about. I was quoted $15,000 from the very beginning. The negotiation was with the down payment. And when it came time to sign the papers the price of the car had gone up the exact amount of the down payment. There was never any mention that the price of the car had gone up. The price of the car wasn't discussed. I was quoted $15,000 and that's where it remained until the papers were filled out. And lo and behold the price had went up the exact amount of the negotiated down payment. It was sneaky and under-handed and I don't think its right. But I understand I should have never let my guard down and should have expected something like this. I also realize that there won't be a resolution since I have signed the papers but its just wrong the way you went about it. I will definitely let everyone I know the way you do business.

      We have had the car just about a year. We are still under warranty. It's either $12,000 miles or 12 months. We've had the car in the shop..with many problems. Took weeks for regal ****** to come back to us they will have it fixed and in the body shop. Thats the dealership should've have taken care of when they received the vehicle.. *** girls at the regal car sales in ****** ********..dragged it out, regarding are concerns and questions. Multiple times going back and forth on the phone.the serpentine belt is shredded. One of the girls there thought it was driveable..my husband had to explain if it's driven..it will ruin the engine and more. Non driveable. We were told back and forth.. many phone calls... That's it not in the warranty.. Even though they covered the serpentine belt along with other parts that needed to be fixed when taken to the shop they wanted it to go. ***y are now telling us it's not under the warranty and we need the belt and replace parts for the engine. We have gone in to make our payments and over and over get the same response each time what's going on. ***y need to look each vehicle that comes in over throuly.. and not half a** do their job So customers like us have to deal with the bs. *** store manager drags it out.. never at the business.. they have had to contact the manager.. or wait for a call back.. for us to get answers. We are close to the end of our warranty.. That's why they don't want to follow through and do their job right

      We have purchased 2 vehicles from this place in Columbia,Mo. The first was a Buick LaCrosse,which they allowed my daughter to drive off the lot without a safety inspection and it stopped 4 hours later! They then switched it out with a Kia Sorento which has a suspension issue and a break issue yet Missouri law says all cars need a road safety inspection! They are not inspecting these cars yet the are selling them and putting them on the road unsafe as required by mdomv.

      Purchased a 2014 Volkswagen Jetta, in December 2021, the car ran fine until it started to hard start and then started to make a loud noise, a quick google search pointed out problems with the timing belt on this model around 140,000 miles, which is exactly what my car is at, we were told it was making this sound because it's a Volkswagen...? The car is a lemon, and that's speaking highly of it, they're hesitant to put us into another car because and I quote "they don't want people to trade out cars for every little problem" our car has been to the mechanic at Regal in Lawton Ok, 4 times and is about to go in for the 5th time, in 7 months. Also the time it spends in the shop is ridiculous, since buying the car Regal has had it in their shop longer than we've drove it, all while making our payments, spending money on the parts, and spending extra money on lyft and Uber to get to work to pay for a car that is unreliable on its best days. Higher ups in the company are not helpful, they fail to communicate with their Lawton office frequently, which leads to confusion and a lot of repetition which at this point feels really gimmicky and like a con. The business runs about as good as my car, and the higher ups try to make it seem like this amount of car problems are normal, they're not. Just need a car that actually runs until 2025 and I will never do "business" with this "company" ever again.
