I signed a contract on January 4, 2024. Since then they have been on my behind about signing 3 more contracts. Each contract is higher than the first one. I got approved drove off the lot, but yet, their worker messed up my file and they are harassing and threatening me to fix their mistakes. Any other place a contract is a contract. But, not this place. Their workers came to my house as if I owed them something, scaring and threatening my family. Usually if you give a business your personal info. they will keep it on file for at least 6 months. Not this company. They dont know where my personal info is, but yet, I keep getting scam calls and unauthorized purchases on my accounts. This company is completely UNPROFESSIONAL. ********* application was originally pending approval. However, after the original finance company reviewed her paperwork in more detail, they denied the application. Her application did not match what her bank statement said. She put that she made $3828 a month but was only showing $1782 on bank statements. We did try to run the application through other finance companies but had the same issue. All paperwork was submitted online directly to the finance company, so when it was denied, we did need new copies of paperwork to send to our other finance companies. ****** did not want to come back into our office and told our salesman that if we needed something to come to her house. She was also denied due to not having a license. One of the companies we were trying to work with denied her application because the social security paperwork looked fraudulent and could not be verified. We did go above and beyond for Kendal to keep the car and make sure she was happy. We know that she has children, so we wanted to do everything we could to help. We had to call in a favor from the finance company to get the application to go through, and we ended up getting less than what we were originally asking for the car. She was very difficult to communicate with. When our salesman was doing everything he could to help her, she was very rude. Please call me if we need to discuss this further. ************
