Im November I purchased a truck from them, it needed cleaned up and we negotiated the price as well as a few changes to the truck (missing lug nuts, fan motor out, etc). I deposited $500 and awaited the delivery of the vehicle. It took forever to get the truck. On delivery the driver locked the truck with no way to unlock because the key didnt work. They took it back and cut a new key. I finally got the truck and drove it to work the next day and the engine light came on saying no oil. The engine was knocking and I called them to come get the truck. They did and said the deal would be off with no problems. 2 months later I still havent received my $500 down payment on my bank loan that was never processed. The check cleared and I asked by phone and email from the manager and owner and they say theyre working on it but its not in my possession. I dont know how long they plan on waiting or if they just give everyone a shady run around.Initial Complaint
