    This by far was the worst treatment I have ever experienced with a dealership. I have never in life been spoken to so rudely from a business representative much less someone trying to sell a car . These are the messages from ******* . I was nothing but polite with her and this is how she responds.Me: Thats just not do able for us. Thank you for trying ! *******: You know whats interesting is the difference in the vehicles equals the difference in the payment Where you expecting me to pay wear you paid for your car and then sell mine for less? In effect trading straight across? Why on earth would I want yours for the save money as mine? I get dreams in just curious of the logic? If you cant afford more you cant have more its really pretty simple. Me: I have been buying cars long enough and traded plenty to know that getting closer than $879 is doable. Doing business with someone who chooses to talk to customers as rudely as that message came across isnt something I would want to do . You have a great day!*******:To literally give nothing and want everything is rude Thats what youve done I simply stated some facts that hurt your ego Thats only rude to someone who is entitled You just bought a car its not worth eat you owe = fact You want a better car at same payment = fact You wouldnt give credit app or anything then complain and act like a victim. Direct isnt rude Being irritated that theres no way to get an illogical person expecting something for nothing to understand isnt rude Your time wasting is rude You need to do better in how you treat people

    First off, we do apologize for our grammatical errors. We own our mistakes. I don't find it rude at all. NO, we didn't whisper sweet nothings in your ear and tell you everything you wanted to hear. YES, we had to become very direct because you wouldn't speak on the phone or provide any information. After getting nowhere with you for days we eventually came to the ridiculous understanding that you wanted our car, that is the same year as yours but with almost 20k more in equipment due to being a higher trim level, for the exact same amount as the car you bought 90 days ago (elsewhere).We nicely and logically explained that you can't buy a car and get what you paid for it 90 days later, and you can't buy a 20k better car for the same dollar amount. We were willing to trade for an 8k difference, and 8000 more means the payment goes up. Somewhere in there VIA TEXT you got your feelers hurt. We don't owe you anything, and we do business as adults with adults. We've had 3 BBB complaints in 3 years, and the one thing they ALL have in common is some expectation that the mere fact they could dream something up made it factual. IT'S NOT. Oh, and that wasn't ******* texting you, it was me, so I know what I said and what I meant, and I stand behind every word. -*****************************
