      I was there on 07/15/22 from Tulsa, OK and signed paperwork and drove off with an un serviced and non detailed vehicle meaning it still had dirt and debris and trash all through it. Cash price of almost $20,000 for a 2012 RHD Jeep Wrangler. I took the vehicle knowing I would need to service it as well as clean it which I did. Then they contacted me early August 2022 to tell me the lender has dropped my loan due to the dealership sending the wrong kelly blue book information on the vehicle and said they would try to get another lender for me. Weeks go by with some back and forth communication until August 26, 2022 when the finance manager (Dylan) informed me he had no luck of finding another lender. I let him know that the lender I had previously found would not help me as my credit had been pulled roughly 11-13 times since July (I ONLY went to this dealership). Then I heard nothing back from him or anyone else from the dealership until I reached out on 09/07 and the same person (Dylan) said that he was meaning to call me. I told him my hours of work stating I was off at 4pm knowing they are open much later than that and yet again no response however my message was read. On the evening of 09/08 a repo truck is outside of my home showing me paperwork on a vehicle that was reported STOLEN from their lot on 09/05!! The newest tag that I met with Dylan to get did not go out until 09/15!! An officer arrived at my home as well due to the "STOLEN VEHICLE REPORT" and I had to show paperwork and text messages to keep from being placed in handcuffs. 3 of my children were there and I'm also pregnant. They would not answer my calls or texts until conveniently AFTER the vehicle was loaded onto the truck and ready to pull off. The excuse I was given was that they couldn't find financing and they don't tell people their sending someone to get it in case we take off with the car. Had they told me or said "hey we cant get funding we need the car". It would have been different.

It would have been different." also, customers own words near the beginning of the same statement "Weeks go by with some back-and-forth communication until August 26, 2022, when the finance manager (Dylan) informed me, he had no luck of finding another lender." Customer admits in their own writing that we let them know we couldn't arrange financing after a month of trying. 100% of ALL risk and exposure was taken by dealer in good faith. Customer was agitated and defensive and hard to communicate with after taking delivery. Customer never made down payment nor made themselves available in a manner that made us comfortable in continuing to work with them. Bottom line they drove our vehicle for a month and a half, and we never received a dime and were ultimately unable to get financing. We don't wish to fight and argue at all much less for zero profit, therefor we didn't. There's not anything to refund/exchange or discuss. We have reclaimed our property and moved on. This complaint is baseless and ridiculous, I'm pretty sure we are the ones with the reasons to complain on this one, but we'll take the high road since there's no traffic. Despite the fact that your response it utterly rude and condescending let's get some facts straight.. NO, I was NOT difficult to get in contact with however I am a parent of 4 and have a full time job so when getting the first Random message stating the lender backed out after having just spoken with that lender the previous week you can understand why I was confused and questioned it. Also when I am home in the evening with my children that is my priority as their mother so I'm sorry you felt as if I was "defensive" and "hard to communicate with" as you so choose to put it. As far as "Customer admits in their own writing that we let them know we couldn't arrange financing after a month of trying." You failed to mention that you initially "FORGOT" to take my down payment and falsified the documentation to the original lender by stating my down payment was $3500.00 which I have let the lender know as well and have turned that documentation in which your company signed as well. That would be why you couldn't find funding because you didn't lie about the down payment as you had before. I was the one doing the majority of the communication as I will gladly show you all of the messages from beginning to end. To be told one day "Planned on calling you today. When is a good time to talk?" Then after I respond with the time that I work indicating when I was off work and would have time, I NEVER heard back and come to find out the repo order was in place BEFORE I reached out. That's the facts! It was shady and unprofessional to not even have the decency to contact me and say "Here's the deal" and let me know you'd be sending for it to be picked up rather than having a "stolen vehicle" order for repossession and having an officer show up to my home in front of my children. You can belittle all of your negative reviews on google and try to belittle me with you BBB response but you and I BOTH know your company acted inappropriately and very unprofessionally with this whole ordeal. A simple apology would have sufficed or a "hey we ****** up" but no rather than choosing the "high road where there's no traffic" as you claimed.. You chose to be petty and ridiculous. As I stated before I can go on and on with this.
