I placed an order through the company's website for a "Baldwin 10" mailbox slot with interior cover" in the "satin brass" finish. The order was placed on September 16, 2022, and I received a confirmation email from the company. The total was $118.55. The shipping method was "ground shipping." The company charged my card in full that same day. I have reached out to them via email three or four times since then, as well as left three voicemails to the company phone number provided regarding the status of my order, which I need in order to install my front door. The company refuses to respond, even though they have charged me. Phone calls go straight to voicemail and emails go unanswered, even though I advised that I would file a BBB complaint. I need a response or a refund for this order I placed nearly two weeks ago with no update.
