No communication. Doesn't answer emails or phone calls. Unprofessional business ,DO NOT RECOMMEND Stated 5 day handling time. Took a month. Deceptive adds and lousy customer service. Bought a rifle from these guys and what I received was NOT what was pictured in the add. What was pictured was a nice light grained stock and what I received was a plain brown stock with no grain. The old bait and switch. They refused to resolve the issue.Review from Kevin M

Wish I would’ve seen this sooner. I ordered a firearm off of Gunbroker and sent a confirmation email stating my ffl information was on file and the owner sent back a rude email and I told him I didn’t need the unprofessional attitude and to go ahead and cancel my order (which he refused) I don’t know if my order will ship this week or if I’ll get a refund in a few weeks but don’t bother calling because they won’t answer anyways. What a joke of a business!! The owner should absolutely be ashamed and disgusted with himself.Review from Raymond H

Tin Star Shooting Range is a very poor business. PLEASE do not do what I did. I bought a gun from them on Gunbroker they had for sale. I did the buy now option, they charged my card right away, like they should. After a couple weeks of not hearing anything from them and they not answering the phone calls, I finally get an email stating my card refund went through and my money was refunded to me. VERY POOR customer service, They did not even have the common curtesy to email me or call me and say they did not have the firearm they had on sale. I believe they are a very small business and post firearms from their small distributors and when you buy the firearm, they try to find it with the distributors. When they can not find it, they just refund your money and say "Oh well, and go on" I wish I could have posted this without choosing one star. Stay clear from this place!!!!Review from Morgan A

Tin Star Shooting Range has the worst customer service Ive ever dealt with. I ordered a gun from gun broker that tin star shooting range was advertising for sale, after purchasing the firearm, I reached out to them, looking for updates of when it would be shipped. The owner of Tin Star was very rude and belligerent in his replys and told me not to contact his store or himself anymore. I was kind and professional to him. After asking for a cancellation and a refund I never got a reply back. I had to call my bank and asked for a forced refund. What kind of owner of a store treats customers in such a bad way.Review from Sara M

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I wish I could do 0 starts. GET A NICER PERSON TO ANSWER THE PHONE. I had a sample question and he hang up on me. SO RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL.

I'm his latest victim. I Should have done a review search here when I saw the web page was off; in that it didn't represent the product being sold. So I thought I would ask him some questions asked for pictures. He showed me everything I wanted to see via email. I agreed to his terms and decided to buy. He shipped it no problems. But when I got the product it wasn't what I ordered. But once the transfer was completed he was tough luck. DON"T HAVE ANY EXPECTATION OF CUSTOMER SERVICE! HE IS A LIAR! Upon further inspection the product was used. There is no way I would believe the positive reviews on this site the way I was treated.Review from Jose R.

I purchase a ********************* from Ton Star Shooting Range and the price was the best I could find, communication was superb and shipping was fast and accurate. I will definitely will make business with them in the future. Shotgun was in excellent conditions.Review from Marco M

This place is a complete scam. The owner ********************* has no ethics and zero customer service. I bought a pistol part from him. The part was defective and refused to refund me my money. I contacted the manufacturer and explained the situation, they made it clear that the retailer is responsible for any refund, since they are the ones who received the payment. In this case, Tin Star Shooting Range. You have to honor the product you sell online and not just tell you customers, oh well it's your problem the item I sold you is not working as advertised. Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. I purchased 7 over and under shoguns at one time . 6 of the 7 worked perfectly. The 28 ga is defective and will not lock up for assembly.I asked for a return shipping label for return and a replacement sent to me The owner insulted my intelligence as to say I didnt know how to put it together. Im sure the manufacturer will make it right .This business will never be recommended by me.1 star is one too many.
