PTM, managed by Brandon ******, contracted for a sprinkler system on July 7, 2022. Installation was scheduled out two weeks, with $1,100 of the $2,380 total cost paid that day. The sprinklers have not been installed, after at least 8 phone calls and multiple unanswered text messages. The company had to have the underground lines marked twice because of heavy rains and a long wait without completion. The front yard presently has a hole with a large pile of dirt sitting at the water meter out front. I either want the sprinklers installed correctly or money refunded immediately. Sincerely, Ida ***

We signed a contract with *************************** owner of Precision Total Management to install 2 pergolas at our primary residence on April 19.. We were told work would be completed by 3rd week in May. At the time of signing ******* required 40% down, ~**** and cashed our check. We finally received an communication from ******* after repeated attempts on July 5th stating he would file the permit the following week and begin work the 3 week in July. We have not heard from him since and it is 8/29. We have sent communication through email and text that we want our money back as he is in breach of contract as the contract states the work will be done in a timely manner and it has not. We have no communication, refund, nor a committed date for work at this time.

*************************** and Precision Total Management completed two projects for us in 2021. We were very pleased with the work. In 2022, we asked ******* to quote additional work. He came to our home on 5/6/22, to measure and calculate a quote. We provided access to our yard as we were not home. Upon completion, ******* called to provide the estimate details. We agreed to the price on the phone and decided to meet right then, in a centrally located place, to provide the deposit payment check of $2300. At the time, he provided an estimated time frame of three weeks out before work would begin. ******* also confirmed he would provide the written estimate in an email. True to his word, an email quote was provided on 5/27/22. He also provided a text update on 5/9/22 to say the email quote was forthcoming and he apologized for the delay. There was no additional communication until 6/26/22 when I inquired regarding the start date as the estimated 3 weeks had long passed. ******* responded on 6/27/22 stating he acknowledged it was past the three weeks, apologized and confirmed it shouldnt be too awful long. I sent a follow up text 7/17/22 asking for a realistic start date. I did not receive a response. On 8/7/22 I sent an email to ******* at ************************ advising that we would no longer utilize his service as a result of lack of communication and failure to complete the project in a timely manner. I also requested that our deposit be returned immediately. ******* sent a text message on 8/11/22 stating he apologized and thought he had responded to my last text message. This text also promised a phone call later in the day. I waited a week for this return call which never came. I have called and left two voicemails the week of 8/22/22. We exchanged texts on 8/16/22, 8/22/22, with promises to call. I have not received a call since 5/6/22. My final text was 8/23/22. The only acceptable resolution is the stain and poly sheet installed or a full refund of $2300.

I paid them $165 on November 16, 2021 to winterize our sprinkler system. It has written on the receipt that this is a special package that includes a spring set up. I started calling him in March or April to come out and open it up and check it out. I continually called and texted until he finally came out on may 27. He sent me a text saying that he broke off one of the heads trying to change the direction on it and that he would swing back by and replace it. Texted him may 28, June 27 answered and said he would be here within an hour, June 28 no answer. July 5 still no sprinkler hear. Water gushed into street. He will not answer my phone calls.

What I am sending you is conversations I had with ****** who I think is his secretary and ******* The contractor. Also, his original bid. The bid says 2 loads of topsoil. They only delivered one. Also it says grade area directing to swale and center of back yard. We have no swale in our yard. When ******* came out to give me a bid for this job I told him everything about how the water was coming into my yard. He gave me a bid and I asked him if does sod. He said I cant find a good price for it so I dont do sod. He never told me that he recommended it. I wanted sod because just got 2 puppies and they would be a muddy mess if they got into that area. Since he said that he didnt do sod I said that I would seed it. In my opinion if a landscaper doesnt do sod he should have a name of someone that does, especially if he recommends it.AS you can see in the pictures that the water was not draining. It was a big puddle. I dug some trenches so the water would drain. What ******* did, did not work at all.

The bid was written as delivering 2 loads of soil which is 2 trailer loads of soil.  I decided to have 1 dump truck load delivered instead.  One dump truck full of soil equals 2 trailer loads of soil.  It is the same tonnage as 2 trailer loads, therefore I did in fact deliver what was on the bid.
**************** asked if my company laid sod.  I told him we did not, as I have never found a good enough price on the sod to warrant our company laying it on a regular basis.  I did tell him that he would need sod however after I was done with the project to keep the soil from washing away and that he would need to secure someone to come and do that for him.  He asked if I had anyone that could lay the sod for him, and I said I did not have anyone that I could recommend but there are plenty of companies out there doing it.
When I arrived to do the project, I again asked **************** if he had sod lined up for when we were done, and he said no he had decided to seed it instead to assumingly save cost.  I told him seeding would not take root and sprout quick enough to keep the soil in place.
A swale was cut from the ** corner of the building down the side of the building and out to the east across the center of the yard.  After swale was cut, I checked the fall with a transit and **************** was there and witnessed first-hand that the grade did in fact fall away from the building.
**************** informed me when beginning the project that the 2 houses to the east of him would have proper drainage between their properties by the builder so they would not interfere with his drainage.  The builder to the east has not installed proper drainage therefore it is interfering with the Numsens drainage and flow.
**************** did sign off on the invoice when project was completed and he did pay the final payment for the completed project, thus agreeing that the project was completed to his satisfaction.  He made no mention of any failure to finish the project as agreed to, nor any other concerns.
