      I contacted this company about becoming a mobile notary. As per their services I chose to do the full benefit which was $987 and it was supposed to give me a full background check that I can use for companies once I got my commission with the State of NM, E&O insurance, Notary Bond, my stamp, and supplies. I have had to continually ask for these items. I sent to them via email the requirements that the State of NM has for the stamp. This was overlooked and the wrong stamp was sent so I had to ask for a new stamp and sent once again the requirements. I to this date have no stamp and have been put on the non-compliant list with no doings of my own and the only answer I get from the owner is that it is not their fault because they use a 2rd party to do this. I have asked for a refund and they quote their policy that there are no refunds even though on top of what I already paid to them I have had to get my own E&O insurance ($125), my own background check ($75) and now my own stamp ($30) because I still do not have one and have had to turn away jobs because of this. I have had to constantly stay after this company to give me what I have paid for with the only answer from them being that it is not their fault because they use a 3rd party. this is a shame that as much as I paid, i am having to do this. No professionalism at all with this company. I would like a refund of the stuff I had to obatin because they failed to do so.

      They did send 2 separate stamps but both were wrong. I have consistently sent the way the stamp has to read back and what they sent to me with the stamps. I still have not received a corrected stamp with the right information.

      Hi, We have made 3 shipments to this customer and we have confirmations of all 3 stamps have been delivered to her and the 3rd stamp was corrected with ********** satisfactory notary approval guidelines.  We have worked thoroughly with this customer continuously to make sure she has the right stamp to do her signings.  We will not be able to send a 4th stamp out since we have already replaced her stamp.  Any additional stamp orders will need to be paid for on her behalf.  All services have been 100% rendered to her on our behalf.

      On 03/08/2022 I purchased EXISTING NOTARY - PREMIER JOB BOOSTING SERVICE WITH E/O INSURANCE - $544.00 NOTARY NAME BADGE - $63.95 to start working from home as a ******************************* notary Loan Signing Agent . I was promised As a new mobile notary signing agent you will be able to earn between $85.00 to $200.00 per loan documents. I have done all of the steps provided to me to by this company to start working. Before I purchase I talked to ***** and told her that I was a new notary. I have filled out over 60 applications except for the companys that were asking for money that the company posted on their site. I stopped filling out a lot of applications because of this reason, you had to have more than two years experience, at least 5 references of completed signings. ***** said nothing about this on the web site. I have called ************* ***** picks up the phone and I inform ***** that I have filled out more than 60 applications and I am still waiting on a response from one of the companies, she tells me that maybe I should reach directly out to the companies and email them. I proceeded to do so and only 4 reply two of them I had to pay a monthly fee of $19.99 , one I had to pay a fee and you have to have more than 2 years of being a notary signing agent , one person called me back only because there web site was not expecting my application was not going through and he asked me what company was I working with and he didnt recognize the companys name therefore I could not get any more information because he didnt have my application so I proceeded to send him my application steel and he said that they will take a look at it once they receive it . I have called ***** back several times about these issues and I get the same answer. I called ***** just about 4 1/2 weeks ago to ask again what else could I do in order to start working because I needed to start working ASAP . She told me that they were adding more new companies to work with new signing agents.

      Hi we are a notary certification company and she purchased training, insurance, members business directory, background check and company listings to get signings.  We do not dispatch nor send out any jobs from our office and are not responsible if she receives jobs or not.  It will be up to the companies directly to send out notary signing jobs that she gets listed with so she will need to communicate with them directly as we told her before she joined with us.  

      We have rendered services to her 100% in good faith and unfortunately we will not be able to issue any refunds.

      I am rejecting this response because: ************ has on there website that By using the Certified Mobile Notary Service platform you will be able to find several notary signing services that will be able to utilize your notary signing services ALONG with in Connects you to different loan signing services and notary signing job platforms that will dispatch out notary signings appointments in your local area.
      Business Directory Listing Service We list you in our internal directory service for general notary work and you will receive jobs. NONE OF THIS IS TRUE. ALL LIES. I am not on or in internal directory service and has not receive any call backs ,  or emails from this platform. ***** is a THIEF AND BIG LIAR FOR THIS COMPANY. I pacifically talked to ***** before purchase and I pacifically told her that i was new to becoming a mobile notary and does this company provide work for new notary and the answer was yes. i was never told that they only provide insurance, and the other LIES that was in the response. I am a NNA Notary and i can purchase insurance and help from them in that department , so I didnt spend $610.00 for that. THIS COMPANY IS A **** OFF. PAY WITH CREDIT CARD ONLY!!!

      I am rejecting this response because: as a customer and consumer I was threatened by ***** about my credit if I try to get a refund from this company. They let me know that this company has had to refund customers before.Probably because once they pay they had to spend more money with third-party companies and had to have more than two years experience and or five or more signings with different companies.as far as the statement saying that you certify and train within your firm is misleading and false because I did not get any certifications through this company and no training in order to be certified you have to go through national notary association can only certified you not this company. If this company certifies I have not been certified and I have not been trained by anybody nor have I had any signings and I paid $610 for insurance , name badge with my picture and a background check that I am not using currently because I have yet to have anybody to call me back from the third-party companies that this company has listed on their website. It has been over 5 months and has yet to have any call backs, nor emails. I do receive an email everyday from one of the companies (Nationwide Notary Registry ) listed but you have to pay $19.99 to be added on their list. 
      Not to mention all of the other companies they have listed with outrageous fees to start signing and even then you have to have experience. If this company had any kind of business they would not allow ***** to threaten my credit and call my phone and breeze on my answering machine and say nothing pertaining this issue. I pay for a service and I am getting nothing in return refund me my money

      This "alleged" business obtain my contact info. from CareerBuilders where I applied for what appeared and looked like a "legitimate job". Once I discovered it was NOT a job, I requested NUMEROUS TIMES NOW (for more than a month) that these individuals: *******************************, *************************, *********************************, *************************, ***************************, CONTINUE to HARASS me with their emails -- even after being instructed to STOP contacting me and letting them know that I'm NOT interested. As of to date, ******************************* has NOW become the main culprit, who is REFUSING to cease contacting me with these HARASSING emails. Again, this has been going on since March 20, 2022. It is now May 21, 2022 and this "harassment" has NOT ceased! As a resolution, I would like ALL CONTACT from ALL of these individuals and this "alleged" business to completely CEASE. I would like ALL of these "harassing" emails to STOP completely.

      I am rejecting this response because: For several reasons. FIRST: I have NEVER subscribed or opted into their "alleged"newsletter!  SECOND:  I didn't know they had one!  THIRD: If this was about a newsletter and not about a JOB then WHY in Attachment #1 is ******************************* "referencing" my RESUME??  

      NEXT: Their comment: "complained after opting in so we removed her from our system."  IF they did in fact remove me from their system then WHY am I STILL receiving emails as late as the date of this complaint, which was on "May 21, 2022"?? (SEE ATTACHMENT #2).  My ORIGINAL request that they remove my email and to stop contacting me was made on March 23, 2022.   They PERSISTED and I warned them AGAIN on March 28, 2022 (SEE ATTACHMENT #3).  So as far back as the month of March of this year, this business has NOT CEASE to contact me! 

      You see (BBB) they're NOT EVEN operating in good faith WITH YOU!  They're NOT even being HONEST with you! If they're being DISHONEST with you (BBB) -- WHAT do you think they're doing with OTHERS?? 

      FINALLY: To contact someone REPEATEDLY after they've asked you to CEASE is considered HARASSMENT!  And that's EXACTLY what this business has been doing SINCE THE ***** OF MARCH OF THIS YEAR!!  NEXT:  If this business wasn't passing my email around then HOW do they explain my being contacted by (5)different people from their business??  (REFERENCE the (5) previous names I provided in the complaint). 

      CONCLUSION:  The Business response is UNACCEPTABLE! Why?  Because this business has LIED on ALL FRONTS!  The "inconsistency" between what they SAY and what they DO should demonstrate very CLEARLY who they are!  This business should either demonstrate with PROOF (that can't be altered) as to WHAT DATE & TIME that they ACTUALLY removed me from their system.

      Hi We are professionals and we do not harrassed anyone. We only provided her with the information she quested from our site. What she is stating untrue information at this point.  We have removed her from our newsletters that she subscribed to on her own and we are no longer in contact with this individual since she asked to be removed.  She also needs to understand that once she subscribes to receive informational offers that she is clearly opting in and that is not considered harrassing based on what she subscribed to.

      I am rejecting this response because: AGAIN, I "NEVER' requested ANY information.  Again, I went to a "jobsite" (named CareerBuilders).  I applied for what "appeared to be" a JOB OPENING. After receiving their reply and the info. that came with it, I LATER realized that THIS was NOT a "real" JOB OPENING -- as they PRETENDED and presented themselves to be!  I've shown and PROVEN to you (BBB) based on the emails I received that I had GOOD REASON to BELIEVE that I was applying for a JOB based on their reply in the previous emails that I forwarded to you; namely the email where "*******************************" REFERENCED my R-E-S-U-M-E!  If this was and what they offered was a "newsletter" -- then WHERE does and WHY is "********" referring to my "RESUME'??  What does a "RESUME" have to do with a "newsletter" that they keep PRETENDING and stating that I signed up for--which I NEVER RECEIVED??  

      So you see (BBB), based on the info. I've provided you and even their response, I am NOT stating "untrue information".  If that were the case and were true then HOW IS IT I'm able to "provide" and "corroborate" what I'm saying--and these "alleged" PROFESSIONALS are NOT able to substantiate ANYTHING their saying??  (So much for their being "professionals"!).

      I'm also including some additional emails that were received from the OTHER individuals that I've mentioned in my earlier complaints (SEE ATTACHMENTS).

      With that said, at this time, since this "business" is NOT willing to accept responsibility for their actions and harassment towards me AND since they are NOT willing to provide you with PROOF that they did, in fact, remove me from their system (proof of date & time), I would like my complaint (along with the evidence) to be ADDED to the name of this business, so that there is a record of their behavior and that others are made aware.

      On 2/4/2021 I purchased CMNS Contractor ************************************ Notary - ************** ************** Boosters Exisiting Notary - Premier Job Boosting Service - $449.00 *********Name Badge $63.95 *********Background Check On 2/5/2021 I received an email with Mobile Notary Signing Agent Training Webinar videos and Notary Signing Agent Basic Training The information that I received was a list of ******* videos and PDF files from other companies afraid of being involved in copyright issues since none of the material belonged to the company I signed up for, I never received a background check and ID badge or Job boosters The Charge was placed on my credit card from MJOL Marketing $512.95 on 2/6/2021 When I called to question why the charge was with MJOL Marketing I was advised they process credit card payments through a friends company, and I would not receive my background check until I give them a code from a ****** postcard to link their company to my address, I refused because this was not mentioned in what I signed up for.The Chargeback completed on 2/25/2022 for $512.95 I received my money back I have not received any communication from the company until 4/18/2022 when Experian advised that I have a collection account on my credit report. Since the collection agency is not licensed in my state they did not attempt to collect the debt prior to parking it on my credit report.The Original Creditor name on my credit report is S ************************* Amount Owed $513.00 Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act debt collectors cannot collect any amount greater than the debt I never received what I paid for * Certification * Training * Job boosters * ID Badge * Background check

      Hi we have contacted this customer regarding the *********************** that she purchased and that have been provided to her 100% in good faith. We have no reason to not service her with the items she purchased.  When she disputed the charge with her bank our collections department handled her account since it was delinquent so she will need to get in contact with them to pay her remaining billed owed to us. We use our own service provider for all billing and payments not a friends we are a genuine business. We find that quite shocking that she said not true statement.

      Any further concerns please have her to reach out to us.  This has been resolved over a year ago we show.

I am now learning that the email they provide for information is non responsive as well as their charges for a background check and other items are never provided. As a caution to everyone out there to not provide your information to this website, also note that this company is not real.

      Hi this customer just registered on our website today and we are now in process of doing this customers background check which takes a full 3 days to complete and send back to her.  She is clearly complaining to the BBB now because she was offered other notary services that is available to her if she wants to purchase.  We are a legitimate business that offers products and services that help better the community. That is what makes a growing business a business.

      I have contacted the several times requesting a response both via phone and email:_____________________________________________________________________________Good afternoon,I just got off the phone with The National Notary Association. After speaking with them for over an hour, I have been informed that you registered me under your email address and phone number. I also learned that you are a 3rd party and are not accredited with them at ALL! I now have to take a certification test ($189.00) and have another background check to even register with Snapdocs for any signings. I also was informed that NNA certification is required for most mortgage companies and attorneys for any and all signings.Your ads are misleading, not accurate and incorrect as job boosting does not exist with your company as most of them also require a fee. I am not only requesting a refund of the $544.00 but now will be reporting you to the BBB as FRAUD.I now have to wait 3 days for my accounts to be merged so I can move forward with the correct Certification to enhance my business module. Your prompt attention and acknowledgement to this matter is greatly appreciated.ONLY TO FINF THAT THEY DELETED MY ACCOUNT!

      The customer ****** was not misinformed about the services she were provided.  She purchased her background check, insurance, signing agent training and job boosting listing and member directory services with our company.  Anytime bond orders are placed they are placed under our company name and phone number so that is correct.  We are not the *** and not affiliated with them they are their own entity and the same goes for our company as well.  She went to the *** and as they always tell the customer that they need to sign up for their services and that is what she clearly did with them.  We are not responsible for what another company tells a customer.  We are only in full control of the services we provide and what we tell our own customers.  All services have been rendered based on what she purchased and we provided her, therefore no refunds will be issued.  ****** account is not deleted if she has any issues logging in she can reregister her account again or contact our staff for assistance.

      We wish her the best and we are here to assist her if she needs any help.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me if they refund all of my money which is a total of $544.00.  I have also filed a dispute with my bank for thte return of funds.   I Have since taken the certification exam thru the *** which was an additional $189.00 and Certified Mobile Notary service sent an additional email stating they deleted ALL of my information from there site.

      I went to look at my credit card statement and seen a **** from them. Called them and they stated that they sent me a renewal notice through an email address that I don't use. When I asked them to forward it to me, it went to ********************************** which is not my email address. I tried calling them and now they won't pick up the phone. A renewal should be sent by mail. They won't call me back to work with me. Very bad business practice to sent via email when people don't check it all the time.

      We are here 24/7 and answering our phones all the time.  We sent **** her renewal notification letter to her email address on file with us ****************** and forwarded her the confirmation from our system messaging account.  We ask all our members to stay current with us and notify us want address changes.  She did not contact us with her 14 day cancellation notice by phone or email so her services auto renewed with us.  We did cancel out her 2023 subscription since she contacted us regarding to cancel now.

      Here is the correct information we have on file for our member.  We sent her the notary renewal notification to her email to ********************.  We do not make up email addresses to send members renewals to. There was a lack of communication on her part with us if she wanted to cancel her services ahead of time and we was not notified by her.  All services are rendered and we have communicated moving forward that her account will not be renewed.

      I purchased the training program to become a Mobile Notary through Certified Mobile Notary Service. They have not provided me with the training program and refuse to help me. When I am able to speak to someone they send me the same informational link they have already sent or gov't website information from my area. I spent $787.95 for this training and have received nothing but informational sites. I have been trying to resolve this through them for some time now, as you can see it was purchased on 9/8 and it is now 9/21. I have tried to speak to a supervisor but they refuse to pass me along to one and tell me there are no refunds even though I have no product to use. I would simply like a refund so that I can get the training through a legitimate company.
