On Nov 13, 2021 I ordered from Santiam Organics on-line 1) 16 oz package of Myco-fusion bio jolt 1.5 (SKU MF-Bio-Jolt1.5-16) for $25 and 2) a 16 oz package of Myco-fusion rhizo charge 2.0 (SKU MF-FHIZO2.0-16) for $23 and was also billed $15 for shipping. Total charge to my credit card was $63. The order #***.Never heard from them about when the product would be shipped or arrive. It is now 6 weeks later -- am getting anxious, so today I returned to the website (www.santiamorganics.com/online-store). First made several attempts to use their order search feature .... never found my PO though I have one in hand, Then tried calling their customer service # **************. Automated response asked first to select 1 for customer service, then again select 1 if you want to talk w/customer service representative. After selecting 1 in response to both questions, automated response was something like my call could not go through because of my location. Then sent an email to the email address ************************************** and got this as an immediate response 'This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification. Delivery to the following recipients failed permanently: * ************************************ Reason: Permanent Error'I would like my money back. And I would like for others not to have to go through this BS.
