Everything was fine this beautiful evening and when I got my hamburger in my order it had taken about 15 minutes when it should have taken less time than that. And then when I check the hamburger the two patties that were requested to be extra well done, we're not well done even at all. So when I requested that the hamburger be redone or fixed, the cook came to the front and caught me the biggest attitude possible, and exclaimed that I was a liar basically, and that what she had provided was extra well done. I brang up the fact that it was not even well done let alone extra well done, as she was trying to walk away ignoring me. I said "Miss that was not well done and I ordered extra well done", and the attitude that I got from her was inhumane and uncalled for, it was not customary of a customer service representative to give a customer that kind of attitude. I added that "I could report her and she could possibly get fired". She looked at me with extreme disgust and I was appalled. When I received the hamburger I went to check and make sure that the impossible patties were extra well done, and the manager came at me with a very unbecoming attitude and started screaming at me about calling her employee a liar. I simply stated that the first hamburger that I received was not even well done and I ordered extra well done, and she vindictively stolen charge of the conversation, and I was ordered to remove myself from the store, even though the mathematics of the situation was plane to see that the cook lady from the back gave me the biggest attitude I've ever received and tried to get away with it after calling me a liar, which is literally theft of my rights as a citizen in ****************************... And so I simply stated I was going to report her and she could possibly get fired as well for this "customer service" that she was giving me, because it wasn't customer service at all. It was some sort of back alley mugging of my Liberty as a ************* citizen!!!!Customer response

Hello, this is ************************
I was hoping for a non ban, non trespass from that store location. It is very important to me that I keep that location because there is not many locations inside the area of my everyday schedule. I cannot go too far, and ********* store is close to me and it is important to me to keep my ability to visit that particular location. ?????
