On May 25th 2022 i was involved in a minor not at fault accident. May 26th 2022 my new 2022 Acura MDX was towed by my insurance company to Butler Acura to be repaired. I was given an ETA of July 4th and it came and went. I was then given an ETA of August 4th and that came and went. I have now been given an ETA of September 6th. In this time i have spoken in person to ********************* who told us that even though there were several other vehicles waiting for the same part that our vehicle would be the first to receive it when it came in. One month later i was told the part came in but that it went to another vehicle.One and a half months into this I was finally given a rental car. I am very thankful to have a vehicle to drive but extremely disappointed in what was offered to me. I paid $70k cash for my 2022 Acura MDX Advanced and was given a *********************************************** the face. I had left 2 different messages for ***** and ****** in the collision department with no return call. I called again today for an update and basically its just another date that they HOPE they will receive the part.I was told by ***** on 8/26/22 that unfortunately they are still making the part for the new vehicles that have not been purchased yet but for the vehicles they have already sold they just don't seem to care. I have just been getting the complete run around all day today. I spoke with ****** the manager of the collision center, and Etan in the collision center. I also spoke with ****** a sales rep and *** the sales manager. I have tried multiple times to get a hold of ********************* as his voice mail is full without any success. I have spoken to someone in user management and the receptionist multiple times. Lastly I have spoken to Acura Client Relations and filled a claim. After speaking with all of these people on the same day I still have not gotten any clear answers. I have asked why they can't take the part off of a new vehicles on the lot, or give a new
