I have been in touch multiple times with the people from the office trying to go over an application. We signed up for a tour and applied for the housing. I swam through the application. Their ask was for 3 years and we were declined because of the 3 years stating that it wasnt enough residency. I went over the information with someone in office who promised to forward the information to someone named ***** and that was about a week ago. This is my 5th call in. I wanted to discuss the denial of the application because I feel like I filled it out wrong and was asking for feedback or confirmation whether they could work with us at all. I dont want to put all my information out there, but it doesnt seem right if I have to chase a company down close to 3 weeks now. They were very responding while we were trying to book due to it being automated services. Please have someone contact me to discuss the denial. I am sure you are teetering on discrimination guidelines, and would like confirmation that this is not the case.Business response
