March 31 through April 3, 2022.Suite booked (room 153). When we arrived the room was unclean. Both couches stained, couch pillows stained. Bench at end of bed, broken (sagging in middle) and missing some material (tears). Black mold on ceiling above tub/shower. Dirty walls and inside door in bathroom. Balcony with very loose bolt, if leaned on it could likely break away and send a person into the water below. Side deck with dirty, moldy pizza box and empty beverage cans. Foyer entryway to room 153 door with raised metal threshold; significant trip/fall hazard. The entry was filthy, with garbage on the tiles outside. I wrote to the General Manager, included pictures and a video of shaky balcony rail. I have received no response. As we are starting to recover from a 2-year worldwide pandemic where Covid cleaning is essential, these conditions were shocking.
