We bought a reclining loveseat from Self Service Furniture Warehouse, a subsidiary of Courtesy Home Furnishings on 6/4/22. It was at the store in ************** & scheduled to be delivered 6/10/22 between 2:00 & 3:00. I called Courtesy at 3:00 when they hadn't shown up & was informed that it wouldn't be delivered until next week. We never received any information about this. It was delivered a week late, 6/17/22. About 3 months later the seat cushion on the left side of the loveseat collapsed on the left edge. I called Courtesy, they put me through to the warranty person, he didn't answer so I left a message. Never heard back. I called three more times, never heard back. I then went to Courtesy on person. Explained the issue. They explained that the warranty person was no longer employed & had not filed claims for months. They sent someone to look at it. I didn't hear anything for a month. This has now been going on for 6 **************** has been done. NOW the foot rest on the right side of the recliner has collapsed. I took pictures to Courtesy & showed them the foot rest, I was informed, "that is normal wear & tear." There has been no abuse, it's just my ************ This is not right. I feel Courtesy is stringing us along until the warranty expires... I'm very disappointed.
