I was absolutely swindled by these guys. Called them the second week of October 2022 during deer season and asked if they could get my ATV in, and they said to bring it to them the next week and they'd look at in and work on diagnosing the issue within 2 weeks, before snowmobiles started coming in. I called repeatedly to check on it as I hadn't heard anything from them after a month. Each time I would ***************** was very rude, borderline aggressive. Several times they couldn't even locate my ATV that was in their possession. After 3 months of having it, they said they put 10 hours into it and different parts that were not even needed (after telling me they would ask me first to put parts in) and decided they couldn't order the part. I was able to find said part online within 5 minutes. To add, each time I called I got different stories. My invoice shows no details on amount of work put into my ATV, was charged almost $300, they charged me for a key because they lost mine, and did faulty wire replacement. I had to take my ATV to a different business to have it fixed and have wiring repairs done that Oregon Trail Sales & Services did incorrectly. The only resolution they offered was to uninstall the part they put into it that they did not ask me about doing first (and of course the original part was discarded so I'd have to buy another one if I had them pull the new part out). I had to spend more money fixing their mistakes on top of paying them for the work they claimed they did but did not.
