      I wanna give an complaint to the person that lives in sterling pointe because the person that lives there has been harassing me for a while now and I wanted to give the land lord an complaint about because honestly I dont him to keep doing this to me and I want it to stop. The bullying has manifested in harassing comments, threats and intimidating behavior his behavior has not only caused me significant emotional distress but has also created an uncomfortable and hostile living environment. Despite my attempts to address the situation directly with [the individual's name, if applicable], the behavior has continued

      This apartment complex failed to follow Oregon law of notifying ALL legal tenants of the final move out expenses. I attempted to get this information from them for over a year and they were unresponsive to my calls and emails. They then sent the bill to collections, the same bill that I had attempted to get information on since we moved out. Further more, while I was a resident at the apartment complex I was sexually harassed by maintenance while I was heavily pregnant. We requested a "call before entering" maintenance, and the maintenance man failed to do so and entered the apartment while I was in the shower. He then refused to leave when I told him to leave, and stated that he was not a "scheduling service" and would enter whenever he wanted to. I had to yell at him to get out of the apartment, while I was naked, pregnant, and only in a towel before he would leave. They rushed flipping our apartment before we moved in after the prior tenant moved out, and parts of the sub flooring were missing when we moved in so you would be walking on straight cement in some sections of the apartment. The staples in the carpet were rushed when being put in, so I sliced my foot open on the stairs because of how badly they were sticking out of the floor. As well, the deck was partially rotted through when we moved in, and in order to conceal this, they laid down a dingy carpet covering the wood before we moved in. We found out it was rotted when we went to walk on it and a giant hole opened up. They have done nothing to resolve any of these issues, and refuse to provide me with any ability to pay, rectify, or sort out the final move out expense.

      The apartment complex I live at changed its policy without notification and are unwilling accept payment. I am not home and cannot physically deliver a cashiers check. They are going to evict me on the 15th because I cannot be onsite. Attached is a screen shot of where I normally pay my rent. There is no indication that I have to be in person
