This dealership is the biggest waist of time in human history. I bought a car with 50k miles on it from them and it came with a warranty. The car started having issues on the way home and had to get towed to a shop a couple of days later. The shop told me that the head gasket was blown and the warranty wouldnt cover it because it hadnt been 30 days since I bought the car. I tried contacting the dealership and they kept blowing me off, eventually I talked to the manager and he told me he would talk to the warranty company to get them to pay for it. A week went by with no call back, I tried calling them over 50 times with no response. The shop tried calling them multiple times with no response. I had used my friends phone that has a different area code and called and they answered the phone, as soon as I said my name they hung up the phone and didnt answer the phone anymore. I paid over $20,000 dollars for this almost new car and they cant even give me a call back when they know that they are in the wrong? *** tried emailing them, *** tried contacting them and hear nothing back from them. If you value a car that can actually make it all the way home then choose literally any other dealership!
