One July 12, 2024, a credit card application was filed under this business with my personal information without my knowledge. I got hit with a hard inquiry for a credit card application that I never applied for. This company needs to take the hard inquiry off my credit report.Business response

I got a letter in the mail saying that I had an account with Concora Credit. I went to the website to get the number to call because they don't have one on the letter and it asked for my entire social security number, which I did not give them. I checked my credit score and they had done a hard inquiry which negatively impacted my credit score. I NEVER requested anything from them or Rooms to Go.Business response

Made a payment to credit card, they took a double payment... would not return the overpay in kind that they took it [direct draft] offered to send a check in up to 45 business days or I could leave and use on card... Limit of $300, currently have a negative balance [they owe me]... they show an available credit of $158... not counting the extra which is currently 68 that they owe me... it has been since June 26, today is July 12... 14 days is what they told me it would take to post the extra 278 payment... part has posted for available credit, not all and they will not add the rest for available.Business response

I received a fraudulent hard inquiry from this business on July 5, 2024, and an email stating I had applied for an Indigo Mastercard. I have never heard of this business, nor applied for anything on this. I have tried disputing it, called the company to report it. But haven't gotten it resolved. This inquiry needs to be removed from my credit report, and clearly based on all of the reviews this business needs to be looked into concerning all of the fraud that is happening.Business response

I recently moved and updated my address on my Destiny card and requested a replacement card because neither the original card or replacement card ever came. They then sent me the replacement but also a letter saying they have locked my account due to suspicious activities and wanted a copy of my ID. They locked my other accounts as well. Once I got my new Drivers License with my new address I submitted via fax to the number they specified and sent it at ***** so I have a confirmation. It was sent and received on the morning of July 3. Now it is almost a week later and my account is still locked or at least my card is not working. They did the exact same thing to my husband, *********************, for the same reasons and he sent over his ID on July 3 as well and his account doesnt work either and he needs to be able to use his Milestone. We are extremely frustrated that after almost a week they havent done anything. We had to spend over $10 faxing all of this and for what? I dont believe its legal for them to not allow us to use our cards. Many of our cards are now past due also because we refuse to pay on cards they wont let us use. We want all late fees to our cards reversed and the ability to use our cards. Thank you for any assistance.Business response

My issue is constant emails about your product and how it caters to people like me with bad credit like me except your products not for me. You say I have to few revolving accounts. Can you explain how one would obtain a revolving account when one will not give you a revolving account? It makes zero sense to require a revolving account because you have to few revolving accounts when you cant get a revolving account. Most my negetive marks are hospital bills. I have a school loan but im in school. Two closed accounts due to my bank letting my old insurance company try to get payment for something I switched a month and a half prior causing fees i refused to pay. And there are at least one I have no knowledge of.Business response

I recently accepted a credit card from this company which charges individuals 125 dollars annually. So a person with a 500 dollar credit will start off with 375 due to this charge essentially paying for the credit card. After a few purchases the card will lock and start being declined for no reason at all. I called the company and spoke to someone in the *********** they state it is to protect the individual because they suspect fraudulent activity and there is nothing they can do about it after I reassured them there was nothing fraudulent going on. The supervisor told me to go to the store and try again stupidly, I did and my card was declined. She reassure me my card was not locked. After I did some research online and have found this company is has a reputation for doing this to consumers. Consumers do not know from day to day if their credit card will work at retailers even though their account shows an available balance. They do not offer a time frame in which these issues will be resolved yet say there is nothing they can do about it. Consumers essentially pay a hefty fee to be able to use this card for emergencies or what ever the case may be and are being denied the credit they essentially paid for.Business response

I have been a cardholder with Concora for over a year, holding four credit cards, and have consistently made timely payments through direct bank withdrawals. However, on June 14, 2024, I was informed via mail that one of my cards was cancelled for failing to verify my identity. Believing this to be a mistake, I reached out to Unit Supervisor Riza (ID #******* and clarified that I had submitted my ID verification three times already, providing a mailed copy of my ID and social security proof for each card. Despite receiving all my cards and a subsequent letter confirming my identity verification, I was perplexed to receive another letter the following day stating my failure to verify my identity and the closure of my account. I was assured that this error would be rectified and my account reinstated. Yet, upon following up, I discovered the issue remains unresolved, with **************** lacking any updates, adversely impacting my credit report.Business response
