      This company is very incompetent. This is 2024. You should not at this point have such an archaic, cumbersome and incompetent payment system. Seems to be the common complaint from people on this board. When doing bill pay my payment always shows on my bank account as being paid on or ahead of time but this company never shows that. It is a monthly thing on the phone with these guys trying to straighten it out. They took over my ***** Jewelry card this year. Wish the old company was still managing it as I would use as I would get interest free financing for a year. Not using any more. Sorry *****. I wonder how many other businesses are losing customers because of having this company manage there credit accounts. I have worked to hard to get my credit score near 800 to have this crappy company jeopardize that.

      The service for this company is horrible! I reported my card as stolen do to someone trying to hack my accounts. I never received a card in the mail the that was problem number one. Then I call to inquire about where my card was. I was told it got sent back and that they lock my account because of it. I confirmed who I was (Address, phone number, last 4 of my account and my SSN#) and was told they will be sending out a new card and my account was now unlocked. I got the new card a week later activated it and didn't think anything of it because per the website it does not tell you if your card is locked or not. A few days go by I tried using the card and it declined (I'm thinking maybe I didn't activated it). I called customer ******************** again and was told my card was never unlocked, that I will need to send a copy of my driver's license by mail or Fax. I work at a hospital so faxing it just makes sense and if would be the faster route. So I faxed it and printed out the confirmation page (stating it was sent and delivered to the correct fax). I waited a few days and tried my card again (knowing I did everything that was asked) and once again the card declined. So I called customer service again (07/11/24), just to be told yet again that my card was still locked. I explained to the representative I've done everything that was asked of me, so why is it still locked? With an irritated tone "it takes 5 to 7 days to process the faxed ID". I was just completely confused, for one why the attitude and two why 5 to 7 days to process a fax? Mind you, I didn't have an attitude nor did I have a Tone. At that point I told the representative to bill me for the remaining balance ($76) and to close my account. With out missing a beat he said he will gladly process that request. There is a yearly fee what? There are no benefits. A fee to get the run around and to be treated like a bother? Save your money, time and please conduct business else where.

      Applied for the indigo credit card. I lost access to my email so i went into the indigo website to change my email address. They closed my account as they said DUE TO FRAUD no one reached out, fraud department didnt contact me to see if i made the changes, they just went to the worst case scenario and closed my account. Keep in mind I HAVENT RECEIVED THE **** OR ANYTHING

      Concera is horrible.They are one of the worse companies that I have ever dealt with.I am in the process of filing a Federal Lawsuit against them.They listen to no one.I will be glad to see their attorneys in court.

      Would give zero stars. Ive had 2 cards with them. 1 was closed since I didnt use it in 90 days. The 2nd was closed after I waited a whole month for a new card and updated a new address with a zero balance at that. They have zero customer service. I would much rather get a call before an account is closed versus any type of letter that u receive after the fact. I wouldnt work with this company if I only had a ***** to my name.

      To start I got a few cards at once to boost my credit over time. This one is the only of I've had issues with. They have this set up to where you pay the initial fee and then They asked me to send in id verification to prove it was me but had to be mail or fax with my account number. On the website there's no way to access this full number so I called and they told me they can't see that information and that I was pretty much sol. On top of that I did try to just fax over my id but the fax number they give just rings busy. 0/10 I believe this is a scam to get the first $80 out if you while you can't use the card.

      This is by far the WORST company Ive ever had to deal with in my life. Completely screwed me and my fiance over by adding on late fees and extra charges for ZERO reason! Having the bank statements and everything else to prove that it was always paid on time still expecting us to pay an additional $230 on top of the normal payments. They dont do anything to make it right and blame banks and you for the problems! 0/10 A complete SCAM!

      Deceptive company. The invitation I received said in big bold letters No Annual Fee Its the only reason I applied. I got my first statement and they charged me a $175 annual fee. Talked to many supervisors and they told me it depends on my offer. They asked me to send a copy of my offer. I didnt keep my offer after I applied and was approved. Why would anyone hold on to that offer once theyve been accepted. They credited me $25 back out of $175. Its a lying, and predatory lending company and they should be shut down!!! Its false advertising period!
