1/15/2022 *********** sends phishing emails offering low promotional "thank you" gifts and once they have your credit card information, they start auto charging credit cards and mailing boxes. I have contacted the merchant and my credit card company without resolution. The credit card company can't file as fraud because the credit card number was given for the introductory offer. The kept charging so many times, I had to cancel my card and open a new account. They are taking advantage of seniors and people who think this is a honest company.Everything shipped to my home was unopened and returned as refused, return to sender. They claim they never got the packages back and refuse to assist with issuing a refund. They charged $39.99 TWICE and everything shipped to my home was refused, returned and unopened. The business advertised a "free" smart watch and to enter your CC information for the $5 shipping fee. I completed that request, but then a few weeks later, I was charged $119 for the smart watch, in addition to a $39.99 fee, which I was unsure what it was for. I called the business on Jan 18 to ask for the money to be refunded and to cancel any service I may have been signed up for. I was told that I would get a credit back in my account. However, not only did I never receive a credit, on Feb 7 I was charged another $39.99. I called their customer service number again on Feb 16 and was promised a refund of $143 immediately back into my account as well as a confirmation email. I did not receive a confirmation email and I'm doubtful, I will see a refund. I would like a full refund of $198.98. I never agreed to any of these charges. The $39.99 that was charged was for an App, which I never downloaded and never used. This is a fraud!Initial Complaint

A company by the name of Wasco Health, ********* and/or ***********, ** has been charging my credit card for unapproved purchases.
