10/15/2021 I was contacted by ***** ****** of ***** ***** who was trying to sell me some marketing package for $229. I initially said yes and then was transfered to Mikel with resultli. I gave my credit card information but changed my mind when they were trying to hard sell me into another program. I told Mikel that I had just looked them up and there reviews were terrible and I did not want to complete the transaction. He told me I had to talk to a different department to get a refund and that he would transfer me I told him no that I did not want to be transfered and I just wanted to not be charged for a service I was not interested in. The call transfered and then promtly dropped. I called the number back and no one answered. My account has already been charged for this service that I have not received and do not want. I believe you were a little too quick in making this complaint.
You signed up for our service on a Friday at the end of the business day. Your refund request was processed for a full refund at 8:25am on the following Monday.You were also sent an email confirmation.
Please understand, that while there may be some services that are not reputable, we are.
In your case, you did not give us an opportunity to earn your business before changing your mind.
We respect your wishes and hope you find a suitable brand marketing service for your needs.

I am rejecting this response because: I asked for my card not to be run and they ran it anyways then I was then "transfered" and they hung up on me and refused to answer the phone when I called back. I have since then resolved the issue with my credit card company who proclaimed this was a scam and I was taken advantage of.
