On April 25th 2024 I went in to beaverton infiniti to purchase a 2015 lexus is250 for ******. I sold them my leased 2023 ***** civis sport sedan for ****** and had a negative equipty of ***** that they rolled over onto my purchase amount for the lexus. I got a letter in the mail from **************** credit union to confirm my loan amount of ******. I called to speak to someone as to why my credit was pulled for ****** when the amount should have been ******. The salesman did not disclose that I was paying for an extended warranty and in fact was very adimit that I sign on the ipad and he will put all files on a hard drive for me. When I called they said the warranty I got *****. Which is still not adding up to the ******. They scammed me and pulled my credit dropping my score over 60 points and claim I agreed to everything and they do not go over pricing and provide and itimized list for what you sign for. To me that is considered fraud and they should be fined for these actions.

I have been a long-time customer of ********************. Most recently I had to file chapter 13 bankruptcy to protect my assets. On Tuesday November 28th, it was discovered by the service department that I had a new transmission leak. I was informed that it was not worth investing in repairing due the fact that I had other services needed at $2100.00. Because I trust this dealership, I met with a salesman this location on November 30th, to talk about trading/buying. We began the process and found a bank to finance. I then notified my attorney and trustee, submitting the necessary documents for approval later that day. A 2019 *********** was approved for purchase on December 1st. Notified the sales representative and went in to sign the documents. I had not seen nor driven the vehicle. I was told that it was in the inspection process. I called back Monday December 4th and was told the same thing. I called Tuesday and left a message for the sales manager *********************, for an update. I didn't receive a return call within 3 hours and called at 3: 15pm. He informed me that he forgot to call me back but that I could pick up the vehicle. I arrive at 4:50 pm envelope, was handed off to another staff member whose name I do not recall, to go see vehicle. I then told by this individual when asked about only receiving one key, that is all they had received and that was all I was turning in for my vehicle. Unacceptable! I then asked why I was not provided updates and given then opportunity to drive/see the vehicle he stated that he did not know, but if I were his customer I would have. I was completely disappointed. Had I been afforded the opportunity to see and drive the vehicle (which is the norm in buying) I would not have selected it for purchase. With low back arthritis and the same in both knees; this vehicle does not provide the necessary lumbar support for my driving comfort and the seat is too small, which I found in driving, causing leg discomfort. pg 2 added
