I placed a pre order with this company 5/1/2024. My order was supposedly sent out 6/10 but has yet to be delivered. I have reached out to the company 4 times via email. Also commenting multiple times on their ******** page and have not gotten a email response or a resolution.Initial Complaint

I made a purchase on May 25th and starting May 26th I had a ton of fraudulent charges made on my credit card. The last legitimate purchase made was from bunny knots and this was also the only purchase made on the 25th. Thankfully USAA caught the fraudulent charges and I'm now in the process of getting a new credit card.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on march 9 and did not realize they were presale items. I reached out two weeks later to ask for shipping information and was told that it would ship out at the end of March. We are now in the middle of April, and I have yet to receive any type of shipping information and the order shows that it is in the status of order placed. I have reached out to the company to see when these items will be shipped since they did not ship. When the customer service representative told me they would and I still have no response. It seems they have major fulfillment issues and if theyre only having people place presale orders do that they do not create more stock than what they can sell thats fine but at least ship in a timely manner when you state in writing that you will. Babies grow fast so if I receive this order too much later, my child will not fit in what I ordered (and I ordered up a size just in case). These backend fulfillment issues are what everyone is complaining about and you cannot become a successful large retailer when people have to wait 2-3 months to receive an order. Not even overseas sellers take this long.Initial Complaint

I purchased some items amounting $122.40 from this company on July 15th. Orders were to go out within 40 business days. I reached out at the 40 day **** and was told it would be going out within the week. When I still had not received an email stating it had shipped I reached out to cancel, they replied that all I needed to do was email them. I email to cancel, get an automated message. I reply that I want to continue to cancel my order and receive a response that it can not be canceled as it has shipped. I check my emails and find that my order is being put together and has not shipped and the company could not provide me with shipping info. I want a full refund and to cancel my order!Business response

The customer purchased from a preorder. The items were delivered within the stated time frame. We have been in communication with the customer to initiate a return.
