    This ************** employee are dishonest. They gave me a quote of $165.85 for the "flushmate pressure assist system 503 series" without mentioning shipping and other charges. Once I agreed with the price, placed the order. They immediately sent me the order # T466192 & a receipt of $187.30 including $13.95 shipping fee & $7.50 for "over size item charge. This is typical "bait and switch ", a deceptive business practices. They knew I wouldn't buy from them if they disclosed the shipping fee & hidden charges in advance. I called the company to complain about their deceptive business practice. The lady answering the phone just brushed me off, telling me that's the way they do business, she didn't see any inappropriate business practice pattern. However she did tell me she would reflect my opinion to her manager. The purchase was acted and posted on my credit card on October 27. It's been more than two weeks. I'm still waiting for their response.

    This company has very poor customer service. I purchased two ********************** Microburst **** automatic air fresheners and air neutralizer they were not the most effective, long-term air freshener dispensing system with revolutionary odor neutralizing and fragrancing technology. The Microburst **** air freshener system does not delivers maximum odor control. When I returned the items I did not get the refund that I paid for the item. When I called and wanted to speak with someone in management I was denied that. I was told I couldn't even get a name for anyone in management. I was told I did get my total refund because I did not return the "hardware" for the item and that the company could not resell the item I returned. This company definitely does not have the customer in mind. I will never spend my money with this company ever again.
