              **************** is NOT what it used to be whatsoever! I made an appointment for today at 10:30am, I dropped it off at 10am. Was told it would be done around 1:30pm today. Showed up, my vehicle wasnt even touched and sitting in the same spot I left it. Their excuse was that they had dealership cars to work on from yesterday. The owner who rents out the building where they do tint said they dont even work on dealership cars and just said sorry about that . Like whats the REAL excuse? I made my appointment online and I also called to verify my appointment! They didnt even call me in those 3 hours to tell me they havent even started or anything. I even paid for an uber to get home that costed me $13 then paid another $13 for an Uber to get back to this business just to see my vehicle wasnt even touched. Horrible business practice and communication! Highly irritated! Would not recommend this place to anyone in the future! Waste of time and money!

              Your appointment that you booked online was for June 6th. Today is June 3rd. You did call in to see if I could squeeze you in earlier and told you I would need it awhile. We did have work we where trying to finish from the previous day. And the owner of the detail shop doesn't know who my clients are or who we do work for. We apologize for the inconvenience when we went out of our way to make it convenient for you. We understand your irritation and apologize again. Our customer sevice has not gone down you where upset we hadnt got to your vehicle yet and didnt want to here anything further at that point and where quite rude The quality of our work has caused us to grow to a point that it has been hard to keep up with and after this situation we will no longer be trying to accomodate customers to slide in and change there booking on a day that's already fully booked
