This property management company provides poor and disrespectful service that is beginning to make me feel unsafe. I have spoken to them multiple times about my bathroom ceiling leaking. The first time they sealed a crack in the window above the shower from the roof. They did not repair anything inside, and I have expressed concern about mold multiple times as I have asthma and other respiratory issues. The ceiling started leaking again in a different spot. The repair person said they would come back with clear sealant instead of black sealant, but that they do not do drywall repair. I contacted maintenance again when I never heard back. They said via email that they would have someone look at it but did not specify or ask about a time. They called after someone supposedly came by. No one had been here which I know because I was sitting in my studio next to the window. They described my neighbors home. They said the repair person took a photo to prove he was here but would not show it to me. He did come back after I spoke to them. He looked at the ceiling and told me there was no leak after I just told him there was a leak. The property management representative was hostile toward me telling me I had an attitude when I was explaining to him that the repair person had never come by until that moment, and then was disrespectful, and at this point I feel unsafe having their representatives enter my home. There are many documented incidents of poor behavior from them in online reviews to support that they are difficult to work with and fail to make necessary repairs. But this is making me uncomfortable, and this point I would like to be released from my lease without penalty and with my security deposit so that I can find a safer home.Business response

Hello,
Attached to this statement are the work orders we sent for this unit and the correspondence we have had with *******. While reviewing our documents, you will find that we treated ***************************** with upmost respect and only wanted to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, our vendor was asked to leave when mentioning he did not find any new leaks. We tried multiple times after to resolve this situation, to no avail. We've since asked ******* again to try and check for leaks, but she mentioned she is moving and does not want anyone in the unit until it is vacant, which we will respect.
