      20 minutes ago, I walked in to this location with my wagon (empty and folded down), that I use because Im disabled and cannot carry items as others do. And, I did not want to leave it outside as the area is littered with garbage, has no bike lock station, and theres a lot of letharious characters lurking about. I Simply wanted to buy a pie to take to a friend in the hospital.I was not given a chance to explain as i was immediately discriminated against. Before I even reached the counter or was aware of where the two employees screaming at me were located in the restaurant, I was abrasively attacked and screamed at to leave immediately, you and that thing cant be in here! Then a male employee with glasses quickly was walking at me shaking his head while the female kept screaming at me!!!This is absurd and completely aggressive and discriminatory behavior. Apparently business owners are not in the business of making money anymore. This place is in the business of assaulting and verbally attacking disabled, would-be customers.Shame on all of you!!!

      My wife and daughter went to the ************ Shari's Restaurant in **************** around 8pm on 7/16/23 to get some pie. Everyone there didn't even acknowledge my wife was standing there waiting even though they looked over at her many times. My wife was ignored and then treated horribly by the Manager, server and she thinks it was the dishwasher when she finally asked if someone could help her. There was even another customer that got tired of it and left after my wife gave her other places to eat at. When my wife came home and told me this I left and went to that Shari's. The server my wife told me about and the dishwasher both saw me and didn't say a word. Just kept doing what they were doing which was nothing. Eventually the server asked if I needed a table and I told her no, I want to talk to your Manager now. Now the servers walking over to her Manager with a smile on her face. When the Manager started walking over he started flexing his chest like he was a big man. I straight told him while pointing at the server and dishwasher also that they better learn some customer service and that they don't treat or talk to anybody the way they talked and treated my wife. When I brought up what my wife looked like he knew exactly who she was and started calling her a liar and getting up in my face. Did not care at all that there were other customers in the restaurant. When I told him I would be contacting HR and would be doing what I can to have all three of them fired he started yelling and accusing me of threatening him. I finally left cause he wasn't worth it. This is not the first time this has happened. Many people I know have been treated the same way at this location and refuse to ever eat there again and that includes my family now. I have no idea how this restaurant is still in business after all the bad reviews I have read from all sorts of locations. Bottom line, don't eat here!

      07/16/2023 approx 8:00 pm Horrible customer service I waited at the counter for a good 10 mins waitress saw me (looked right at me) not one word of, I will be with you nothing. A lady behind me was waiting to be seated she was in turn just as baffled as me, she ended up leaving. I went in just for some pie , I asked a different girl who came up by the pies, if she knew if they had a certain kind of pie she says I dont know I dont have time to look right now. So I waited another few minutes looked at the waitress at the serving counter who still had not acknowledged me and said are you going to be able to help me or at least acknowledge me and she snapped back I did, I said I would be with you in a minute. I told her no you didnt had you of, I wouldnt have said anything. Then a few moments later she preceded to act as if she was talking to the lady behind me asking if she had an order to pick up (the lady had already left). I asked her if she was going to help me (since I was there first and the lady left) she completely ignored me and Then a manager comes out raising his voice at me and said my servers told you 3 times they would be with you in a minute I said no they did not thats the problem he said no I was just being rude and impatient. So I left. Unfortunately, this is not the first encounter we have ordered door dash 3 times prior over a course of time and every time our order was wrong one. One of the times they put 3 seperate peoples meals in same to go box. So I went down there not realizing they did that, thinking our order was wrong and yet was yelled at by the kitchen cook that its all there in the one box. I of course questioned as to why they would put 3 peoples orders in same box and he said because they were all the same and was just as rude about it all in general no apologizing no nothing for me having to go down there because they would not answer the phone at all after numerous attempts to call they do not ever answer the phone. ??

      On July 7th I entered ******'s restaurant in ******** ****** I was meeting a friend of mine before I entered the lottery room I decided to use the restroom when I opened the door to the women's restroom there was a gentleman in there washing his hands like he just got done using the restroom I immediately shut the door proceeded to go to the front desk and ask the lady that was working there why is there a man in the women's restroom she said oh that's okay it's no big deal I said what that's not right since when is it right for a man to use a woman's restroom and share his restaurant this is a family restaurant I bring my granddaughters here to eat so then she proceeded to tell me that the men's bathroom has been broken down and has not been fixed for a while why is ******'s allowing to continue for this to happen why is it okay for them to have a man use a woman's restroom there's no note on the front door nothing if my daughter my granddaughter would have walked in on a man using the urinal I would have absolutely probably flipped out on them it is morally wrong for this company not to fix the man's bathroom and I suggest they do that because I don't think I'll be the only one that's going to be complaining about this there's no note on the woman's door nothing and why is it a ******'s corporation why can't they fix the man's bathroom if they can't fix the man's bathroom then they have no business being in business at all fix the **** bathroom stop having the man use the ladies restroom

      On June 12,2023 I visited store #*** in ********, ***** for dinner. The facility was nearly empty, and I was dining alone. The server was busy, as she was the only one waiting on customers. I had ordered the salmon with mashed potatoes, which was excellent. I asked the server if she could turn down the a/c as it was quite cold in the restaurant. She went to the cook who told her they cannot adjust the temperature. I used a menu to block the cold air from cooling my meal down, but that didnt work at all. I was under the assumption that the customer could be at least sometimes right; but I guess not there. My dinner was cold, and its not the first time. The vents force the air directly onto the tables below. There is no place to go to avoid the breeze. Its my last time to visit that place. too bad! I felt bad for the server as she tried for me. She said she was new, but at least she tried to accommodate. How about putting in deflection devices to fix the problem? ****** off customer.

      Our Director of Operations for ************ location followed up with *******************  He personally inspected the vents in the store to ensure that they do have diffusers on them to help dissipate the direct air flow. We have a few booths in the middle of the store that do not have vents directly over them which would have been the best place to seat ******************. The Director is following up with the management team to find out why they were unable to accommodate ****************** at the time of his visit.

      ****************** seemed to be satisfied with the Director's follow-up actions.

      Hello,Today we decided to go to Sharis for the first time in awhile. We were excited to get their breakfast and shakes. We made a huge mistake choosing Sharis. We waited well over 40 plus minutes for our food. Which okay life happens but then when we got our food - the breakfast sampler was cold, the hash browns that were supposed to be stuffed had like nothing in them and were stone cold. The eggs had cheese just thrown on top and not melted. The pancakes were crispy and weird textured but at least were warm. Nothing had flavor. Our burger was cold. The French fries were warm. We asked for **** etc and never got it. Service wasnt great at all. There was no communication besides after that they had one cook walk out and another in training and were short staffed.. the only thing that tasted okay ish was the biscuits and gravy but the biscuit was weirdly chewy at bottom. The shake and hot chocolate were good. And when we told them everything they said sorry and took off ten dollars.. which didnt even cover the terrible breakfast cost. We are in the middle of moving and Im pregnant and we were very excited to have a good tasty hot meal. And it was all terrible. Dont serve food or be open if service and food is going to be like that. Its also a safety hazard. I have to be careful what I eat because Im pregnant and since eating there I truly do not feel good. Nor does my husband. And he had to use the bathroom right when we came home. Its a liability and bad customer service. The sausage link and bacon were also cold. I understand life happens but this whole experience was not okay at all.

      On 05.02.23 we attempted to go to our local Sharis in Sherwood at 8:00pm and because we had a party of 9 (8 were actually eating because we had a 10 month old) the manager refused to serve **. Told ** we had too many people in our party and they would not seat **. Then we were told the manager would have to go into the kitchen to help cook food, and they were absolutely not going to do that. I was flabbergasted that a manager would flat out refuse business like that. Please re-evaluate who you have running that business, because at this point they are running it into the ground. Wont ever go there ever again.

      We investigated this matter and looked into the team at our Sherwood location.  We identified the manager mentioned in the complaint.  The manager is no longer working for Shari's, and we have established a better GM over the location who better demonstrates our values and guest service approach.  We regret that this occurred and hope the guest gives ** a chance to show we have improved!

      I took my son and my granddaughter to ******'s to have dinner one evening. When we got there was a few people in the restaurant. We got our food and my daughter-in-law found two hairs in her French toast this is all she had she would not eat it I don't blame her I turned it in for a refund she did not eat there. We ordered a pie it was a cheesecake pie I know for a fact they don't make the pies there they're brought in. There was an exact same brown short semi curly hair in our cheesecake. Now we saw the cook and the dishwasher kind of smirking when I filed a complaint with the manager. We left the restaurant I will not return. I feel like my daughter-in-law was targeted and slandered. This is totally unacceptable for a restaurant I will never eat there again and I will spread the word that if you are a handsome young lady going into ******'s don't eat there because you'll get hair in your food and the cook and the dishwasher will smirk about it and the manager does nothing.

      My wife and I dined at a Shari's Restaurant in ******** ****** at *************************************** on Sunday March 19th at approximately 10:30 am. The restaurant had maybe 5 tables with people at them. There were approximately five servers, only one cook, and one manager. The cook was getting buried and could not keep up with orders. Shortly after we placed our order, a large group of **** people came in and were told there would be a 45 minute wait and were turned away. It was at that time that the manager got angry and went back to the kitchen to help with the cooking duties. Our food arrived in about 30 minutes or so. As we ate our food I noticed that my steak was pretty undercooked. It didn't really bother me at first, but the closer I got to the bone of my T-bone steak I noticed that the meat wasn't very warm. After talking about it with my wife, we decided that maybe it just sat for a few minutes while waiting for the rest of our order. On Tuesday morning at about 4:00 am I woke up with severe stomach cramps. I would then spend Tuesday thru Thursday very sick and barely able to get out of bed. Yesterday afternoon (03/23/2023) I went to the doctor and was told that I have e-coli. After discussing my undercooked steak with my doctor, he then asked me what else I had eaten in that time frame and if any of it was undercooked. After having no other undercooked meat, and not having any raw fruits or vegetables, ( I can't digest raw fruits and vegetable do to having gastro-paresis ), it was determined that the severely undercooked steak that I got a Shari's is what caused the e-coli. I need someone to please contact me about this.

      One 3-17-23 me and my family went to dinner at 11pm. ****** the supervisor checked us out. My bill was ****** and we left a cash tip. This morning on 3.18.23 I looked at my account and I was charged 129 exactly. I forgot to zero out tip. When she checked us out she kept both copies. We called the store and they blamed us and refunded the "tip". They refused to give us a copy today as well but let us take a picture. On it, it has type tip *****. ***** + ****** equals 129 exactly but on the receipt it says ******! ****** and ***** both covered for the server. On the receipt you can see where I wrote ****** but in a different pen and semi different color you see it changed. They were extremely helpful or caring. my girlfriend was extremely uncomfortable because ***** touched her arm and said we got our refund so it should be ok and we should be happy. If they did it to me how many other people have they done this to!! Especially when the mangers covering for them
